This place is bomb!!! Staff is always friendly, service is quick and top notch and the food is on point!!! The tomato soup was my favorite.

The food is okay… sandwiches generally better than the soup… nothing to write home about, but I like that I can order it online and then run down and grab it without waiting in line(very busy girl, never time for lunch!!). HOWEVER, I would say 2 out of 5 times when I try to order online they are not accepting online orders. This can be very frustrating and forces me to go and spend my $$$ elsewhere because they can be very busy… and very slow… and I don’t have time to stand in line.

Since I work in the building, I really want to like this place; however, it just continues to disappoint. It is on the expensive side, the food quality is very inconsistent, the staff is either too few or when there are more, they are not really well-trained and are not competent to handle a lunch crowd. I just tried the hearty Supa bowl that sounded delicious, but was also very disappointing. It had the smallest sliver of avocado and about ½ tsp of sour cream. It was just a big bowl of rather tasteless rice and beans. Save your money and head to the food carts outside — they cost less, taste better and can get you your lunch before the lunch hour runs out!

Supa is close to redeeming themselves! Opening early for breakfast and working on creating a breakfast menu that is easy to understand is a step in the right direction! This morning I smelled maple bacon and had to try it on my breakfast sandwich. It is amazing with the sliced apple and cheddar cheese!

If you need a quick lunch and you work in or near this building, by all means, stop in. Otherwise, try one of the many other sandwich spots in the area. It was my first time at the restaurant and it smelled delightful while I waited in line. However, my excitement changed to fear as cashier apologized to the two people in front of me, assuring them the service and food would improve soon. Uh oh. Between my wife and I, we had the La Bamba Salad, the #17 breakfast sandwich, a bowl of tomato chevre soup and a bowl of broccoli fontina soup. There was a bottleneck in the food prep line, which is visible from the seats. The cook seemed stressed out and/or new and was having a hard time keeping up with the growing line. When our food finally arrived, all four things were just okay. My broccoli soup was gritty and lacked the creamy richness I associate with broccoli cheese soup. It was also lukewarm, unacceptable in my book for a restaurant that prides itself on soup. My wife’s sandwich lacked any real stand-out flavor. Everything just kind of fused together and tasted like toast. It was nothing to write home about. The salad was lightly dressed(a plus in my opinion) but didn’t have many fixings. I found myself hunting and pecking for every tomato. Between the line, long wait, and so-so food, not to mention the weird emo soundtrack, I don’t think we’ll be back.

I work in the US Bank Tower where they are located and have been there for lunch maybe 5 times. Three times now the menu stated the meal contained Feta cheese and Ive been given Goat cheese without even being asked. I really dislike goat cheese! The first time it was a mistake, no biggie. The second time, I brought it their attention, no biggie. The third time, Im done. Please learn to follow your own menu.

Supa! I work across the street from the Pearl District location, and love the staff there. I was not surprised, but so happy to find out that the staff and food was equally as amazing at the new location. Thanks Supa!!!

Quality delicious soup depending on what ones your favorite kind always ask for a sample before buying so you don’t get disappointed if you don’t like it. There’s new employees that work there very nice talkative and friendly. Very FAST paced so perfect when rushing a lunch break.

I was so super excited when they opened a Supa inside the USBancorp building. However the melties are a little on the heavy side. Which I guess for a grilled cheese place you would expect, however sometimes I cheese consistency is a bit off. They are good in a pinch, but a little expensive.

3 Spoons… First I want to say that the staff here was nice and helpful. The lady in front of me had tons of questions and they were quite patient with her. There wasn’t a line at the time but I have seen this place have a crowd around lunch time. I went a little off schedule so there was no line, but there were also some soups gone already. I ordered a half meltie and cup of soup. Piper was the meltie which was pretty tasty, I like the hatch green chiles(big fan of these chiles) and cream cheese combo. Now to make a perfect grilled cheese there should be two types of cheese and the cheddar and cream cheese blended nicely. I just thought the meltie could have used some more melting. Now on to the soup… if your name is supa I would want you to be a master of all things soup, or at least that’s what the name says to me. So when I slurped up my spoonful of loaded potato soup I was pretty disappointed to find that the consistency matched that of instant mashed potatoes. That is also what it tasted like, instant mashed potatoes with too much pepper. I have had some killer baked potato soup that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. There was no warm and no fuzzy. Since the location is convenient to my work I’m sure I’ll give them another try but just stay away from potato soup. There are plenty of options, plenty of different combos of soups and sandwiches that you could throw together. I believe there are some cold sandwiches and salads also available.

Came in today for an early lunch. Very delicious soup and sandwiches. There was a very nice and attentive young lady working behind the counter. She wasn’t very busy but I was impressed that she was working alone. It seems weird that they do breakfast there. I will definitely be back to this location for some soup on my next business meeting at the Big Pink!

This was my first time having lunch from this place since they opened in my work building. I was impressed! I ordered online around 11:00 for a 12:00 pickup. When I went down at noon sharp, my order was ready in a bag with my name and a smily face written on it, in one of their little cubbies. That’s so perfect because my husband and I often waste up to half of our 30 minute lunch break just getting food. I ordered the Lizzy, which was absolutely delicious. The texture and taste combo of the sliced apples, creamy havarti, goat cheese and perfectly toasted bread was perfect. It was the kind of meal that you keep thinking about long after it’s eaten. I also got a bowl of their tomato basil soup. I loved it and my husband hated it… But this is my review, not his! It was creamy and delicious! It has goat cheese in it, and hubby thinks that’s what he didn’t like. But I loved it. The sandwich was good enough on its own but it was also good to dip in the soup. It’s a little bit pricy compared to the other food choices in the building, but you get the quality that you are paying for. I will definitely be ordering from them again! There are several selections on their menu that I am eager to try.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for my new found love! Supa has just opened in the Big Pink building and my coworkers and I couldn’t be anymore excited. On my first visit the staff recommended the Radix and Tomato & Goat Cheese soup! It was delicious, I’ve also tried the La Bomba salad, it’s super packed with delicious kale and quinoa and other veggies to top it off. I’m definitely going to be a regular.

I was very excited to see this in our building. However, that quickly ended the first time I tried to have lunch here. Not only did I wait 40 minutes in a line that would not move, I saw an employee grab the top part of a sandwich with her bare hands and was very put off. I really wanted to give this place a second chance, so the second time I tried to grab a morning snack and they weren’t even open at their posted time(10 am for that week). Instead a sign was posted stating they’d be open in 20 minutes. The whole point of having this place in an office building is convenience-needless to say, my experience with Supa was less than convenient.

$ 8 for a grilled cheese with a slice of beef. A terrible value for a sub par sandwich. Will never go back. The people were nice and this place is often mobbed, but I don’t get it.
