Horrible!!! We have had nothing but problems. Starting with my husband. He went in for new dentures over two years ago. AND, not once in those years did his bottom teeth ever fit right. I’ve lost count of how many times they relined them, but they never could make them fit, causing awful sores in his mouth, having to eat threw a straw, and even loosing over 50 pounds. Then they said that he no longer had a bottom jaw bone, and that is why the teeth never fit right, so they suggested that he have dental implants. Well, after many many appointments at different offices, and many different doctors, here he sits, miserable, in pain, and nothing ever being done to help him. (We couldn’t go else where, because this is the insurance we were provided.) The company does not follow through, they have given him the complete run around, all in the mean time, charging our insurance company thousands of dollars. It’s not like we live next door to a Willamette Dental, we live an hour away from each office we have been sent to.
Then, I went in to have new dentures made for me. (Like I said, I had no choice) What a joke. It took almost a year to make them for me. They were made at least five times smaller then the dentures I had been wearing. I also hated the color, and he told me that was the color I was going to get. I complained, and I complained, but the doctor would not listen to me. I kept telling him they were to small for my mouth. And the upper teeth were bucked out. He told me to wear them for awhile and see if I liked them any better. I told him I would never wear them, and left his office crying. I was so fed up with appointment after appointment, and that he just refused to listen to me, I just gave up.
No one at any of the offices that we went to were ever rude, or mean to us, at all. I just feel that my husband was treated unfairly, and they could have done more to help him.
DO NOT go here if you want new dentures.

excellent treatment fully recommended fast and fun, really amazing peeps working there and super explanatory. First they make your history by taking x-​rays, then check teeth and gums. Then a lil cleansing and finally the doc checks you out for probs. They ask you a lot about issues or problems. It was awesome.
