I rarely write reviews, just for truly exceptional or outrageous things.
In this case we received such a great customer care, from the moment we walked in until the exchange we had to do later on.
Our salesman Keith was incredible, so helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy, easy to deal with, explained us all the options and with all of this somehow made us feel very special. I am sure it must have been all the old tricks («it’s a special sale price on a special sale day bla bla bla») but still we walked out of there feeling lucky and that we made a good decision.
Furthermore, during delivery it appeared that one of the multiple items we ordered (a spring box) came in the wrong size. I had to call the store and they handled it very professionally. Without any questions the same salesman organized a next day exchange free of any charge and even apologized for something that most likely was our own mistake.
I would definitely recommend this place and salesman Keith to anybody who is shopping for mattresses.

Harold is very nice and knowledgable, and their special mattress matchy technology worked because I love my new mattress. I was going to buy one online but couldn’t imagine buying a mattress without lying on it first.
