Outstanding service! Quick, friendly, and got out a nasty stain for me. Highly recommend.

First-time customer here. I received a discount as I was a referral. I needed a two-piece suit and pair of dress pants dry cleaned and pressed in one day and Mountain Air delivered, at no extra charge. Other dry cleaners quoted up to one week to have this done. Very pleased with their service and work. I should note that they do not accept credit cards for orders under $ 25, I believe it is. Would be best to call and make sure for yourself.

After reading all of the customer reviews, I concur that the prices are high but the quality of work is outstanding. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment if you need your clothes on a specific day. After seven months of using Mountain Air, my clothes are almost never ready on the specified day for pick-up. Fortunately I only live a short distance away, but if you leave your garments for over a week and need them for travel, you may easily be dissapointed. I receive apologies and discounts I didn’t request. I personally just want my clothes on the date issued on the receipt.

These guys are cleaning and pressing all of the first responders’ dress uniforms for the Granite Mountain Hotshot memorial service… for free, and very quickly on short notice. That would be enough for me, but they happen to do an excellent job with cleaning and repair as well.

As the other reviewers have noted, these guys are pricey. But man, do they do an excellent job. My shirts have always come back from them perfectly cleaned, starched, and ready when they say they’ll be ready. We’ve dropped off a couple of shirts that other cleaners couldn’t get clean and they took out the stain with little problem. You can tell by the way your dry-cleaning is prepared for return to you that they really do care about your clothes and keeping them as pristine as possible. I can’t recommend them more.

I believe you get what you pay for– and that’s good quality and service. I’ve shown up earlier than my item was ready and the owner stopped and finished it for me, right then. He’s also opened the door for me after hours when I showed up late with an item to drop off. Both my winter coat and my suit have been carefully padded with tissue in the sleeves, to keep them round, and in the chest and collar. The hangers for the suit were excellent quality plastic with clips, not the typical wire and safety pins. I’ve heard customers in line beside me bring him items other cleaners have messed up or simply not gotten right. One customer didn’t recognize his shirts when he picked them up. «These are not mine,» he said. The owner told him to look again. «Oh! They’ve never looked this good,» the customer exclaimed. This cleaner will take time and work on stained or damaged items over several days. «Restoration» is how they like to view their toughest, proudest projects. So yes, you’ll pay more. But you’ll get what you pay for. They do offer frequent customer discounts and on-the-spot discounts for people like me, who were interviewing for their first job in a long time. That’s really thoughtful, in my book. No corners are cut. Your items won’t shrink or fade from harsh chemicals, and you’ll always get a professional press. If you have heirloom pieces, you can feel confident they’ll be treated as well as any big city cleaner, maybe better, here in little Prescott. He has some impressive before and after photos on his website: He has restored vintage wedding gowns and antique sewing samplers.
