I recently bought a Ruger pistol (SR40c) which did not come from the seller with a flat magazine base plate. I called Ruger to attempt to purchase one, but they wouldn’t accept payment and insisted on sending one out (immediately) without charge. Their great customer service, when added to the quality and great design of their product set them apart from their peers in the industry.
