Had my initial cleaning on 2-​8-​2016 and could not be happier. .Great job. I am looking forward to the continued service.

We just had our initial cleaning, and I was really impressed. There were a few minor things that were missed, but other than that, they did a wonderful job.
We have hard water, and as a result, the white tile in the master bath shower was basically yellow when we moved in. After three years of scrubbing and using every product I could find, the tile was still yellow. After one service from Molly Maids, my shower is white! This alone has made me a huge fan.
We also have several cats, one of which has to be kept apart from the others. We were very concerned that this would be an issue having people moving around the house. Again, they were wonderful. They were very careful about ensuring that the door separating the kitties remained closed. They were also very friendly towards our pets, which I greatly appreciated.
My only complaints were minor things that were missed. I have no doubt that when i make them aware of those things during their next visit, there will not be any issues.

This service actually does have some good workers who do a thorough job. That’s why I said, «Accidents happen» when they damaged a pair of Bose headphones. My mistake: a couple months later, it was an antique perfume flask that had been in my family for four generations. There were several problems with scheduling and phone calls not being returned; once I was locked out because the manager didn’t pass on a message to the workers to leave the key under the doormat. I feel that I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times.
