On my way to Santa Cruz taking the long scenic road, Hwy 1 from SF, I discovered a sweet seaside town called Princeton, south of Pacifica and north of Half Moon Bay. There I saw a cute shop that called to me; Nasturtium Art of Living. What a great find! One of those shops you could spend hours in and still not see everything! Beautiful jewelry, handmade glassware, scarves, glass tree ornaments… Lovely items! I ended up purchasing several unique Christmas gifts. The gal was very helpful and friendly too, and had the cutest tiny dog!

Very cute, unique, affordable store. Beach themed things and décor very cute stuff! The lady at the counter was very nice and pleasant. I got a cute wall sign for my bathroom and my mom got a nice bracelet.

Great beach art and gift shop. I generally do some window shopping in beach areas such as Pillar Point, but this store had at least a dozen things I wanted. Great prices. I recommend stopping by.

It’s been awhile since I found a cute shop that I like and worth to spend my time. I found some beaded bracelet for my nieces along with earring, surprisingly cheap. They carry lots of glass pieces — not the topical TJ maxx stuff, not cheap but exquisite; they also have garden décor and very friendly service.

I will drive over the hill from Los Gatos just to shop here! First thing I always look at is the jewelry! My son bought an awesome Mavericks sweatshirt and I bought myself a stunning necklace for an amazing price! I encourage everyone to take a beautiful drive to the coast and stop here for some beautiful gifts(even for yourself)! I will be back!

I adored this little boutique. I bought a set of four small plates and bowls made of Turkish blown glass that are just stunning. I was tempted to buy up the whole store. They had a precious collection of ceramic birds, fantastic jewelry and a scarf collection to die for. Too bad the store is so far off the beaten path…

Wow what a great affordable cool store! A must go to location. Check out the dog, she is the best! The golf T outside the store is perfect for him with an ocean view, while you shop comfortable

The buyer is a genius. The store is chock full of unusual, fun, practical gifts and jewelry, all moderately priced. I would be thrilled to receive any gift purchased at Nasturtium.

I always visit Nasturtium when I need something special for a gift. They have amazing hand made earings, bowls and other decorative items. If you have a special need — or someone very difficult to buy for — or just want to treat yourself — this is the place. Right next to the Half Moon Bay Brewing Co.

This is a cool little shop with a very unique selection of Turkish hand painted bowls and other items at very reasonable prices. It’s located within a funky looking bungalow between Half Moon Bay Brewing Company and Mezza Luna. I spent most of my time comfortably sitting in the outside courtyard with the dog, while Gayle shopped. She came out with some little dishes(for gifts), a holiday ornament, and some very pretty earrings. And with the friendly and helpful service, she was very pleased with her efforts. I got my turn inside and was enamored with some of the glass bowls. However, both Gayle and I separately came to the conclusion that we should probably see what shakes out stuff-wise as we start to really fit our households together.

You will love this store! A few weeks ago, a friend and I came upon Nasturtium while waiting to have lunch at Barbara’s Fish Shack. The beautiful painting of nasturtium flowers on the storefront caught my eye along with the welcoming design of their front patio. Once inside, I was mesmerized by all of the gorgeous products and the way they were displayed. I rarely go shopping but soon found myself picking up Turkish hand-painted bowls and plates. Each one more beautiful than the next. After about a ½ hour of «oohing and aahing» my friend ended up buying me 5 of the Turkish bowls(priced very inexpensively), many beaded rings(only $ 3.00 each!) and a dazzling acrylic ring($ 15.00). As the other reviewers wrote, the owner through in free gifts and was very friendly yet not pushy at all. My shopping experience was so wonderful that four days later, I brought my mom and 3 of her friends. Needless to say, they also fell in love with this boutique and we had a chance to meet the other owners. On this trip, we bought hand-made black/white/tan purses made in the Phillipines, glass figurines, and more Turkish platters. Can you guess that I highly recommend stopping by this incredible boutique?

Every time I come to Half Moon Bay or Princeton-by-the-Sea, to be exact, I always stop in at this very cool little boutique. From the first time I stopped, the owner has impressed me with her great customer service and welcoming manner. There are always allot of things I want to buy… yesterday I bought a couple of pairs of earrings .one from the $ 5 table and one for $ 67(with 20% off because it was more than $ 50.) Those were all for me. I bought a cute little candle holder and a beautiful sachet wall hanging thing with sand and shells in it. not the frumpy touristy kind of thing but a very classy wall hanging. those were for my daughter. And then the owner told me i got 2 Free gifts. she gave me a beautiful candle holder and a garland of shiny beads that will be perfect for my daughter’s newly remodeled bedroom. It was a perfect shopping experience. and I walked in just before she closed. You really should check this little place out… it’s just down the street from Barbara’s Fish Trap and next to the Brewing Company.

Looking for something cool and unique for someone special? Nasturtium has got it! After grubbing on some fish and chips at nearby Barbara’s Fishtrap– this funky looking boutique caught my eye and I had to check it out. I walked in to find some really cool, unique treasures. I found a lot of art with seashell themes, Indian inspired work, and statues. I also found some heavenly scented candles, room sprays, and satchels. I really like the jewelery here too! My daughter picked up a really cool necklace that protects against evil eye and bad spirits. The owner of the shop was a total sweetheart. After noticing that my daughter was holding some tiny shells in her hand– she gave her a cute small fabric sack to store them in. Cool wares– cool customer service– I will be back!
