Great hotel! Staff all friendly and helpful. Room was super clean, roomy and quiet. Full breakfast, good coffee. We have been on 2 week road trip — this is our last night and based on this stay we will seek out Best Western Plus hotels.

My husband and I stayed here two nights. It wasn’t our favorite Best Western, but it was nice and convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have an indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdoor pool and hot tub. The jets in both hot tubs were jacked up, but nonetheless a nice treat. Hot breakfast was nice. I would definitely recommend it for the price.

Check in took longer than normal. The line was 5 people long and not moving. I waited over 10 min to check in… Otherwise, nice clean room. Updated. Comfy bed. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices and tasted good.

This is my first time staying here at the Best Western Plus in Prosser, WA. First of all, very friendly staff in a well maintained lobby, the room I’m in is very nice and clean, large flat screen TV, fridge and microwave, and it reflects the cleanliness for the other rooms as well, the location is well within walking distance of restaurants, travel stop, and a rest area. Highly recommended, A+

Motels in smaller towns often aren’t the greatest but the Inn at Horse Heaven is a welcome exception. I stay here about once a month when I’m in town visiting my mom. This is a nice, well appointed and comfortable motel with a friendly staff. It has several amenities, including an indoor pool and breakfast included(the ubiquitous waffles, plus hot items like scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, muffins, sweet rolls and more). There’s wi-fi in all the rooms(decent speed), the beds are super comfortable with lots of pillows and it’s quiet even though it’s right next to the freeway. They recently upgraded their TV channels so everything is in HD. Nice! One of my pet peeves with motels and hotels is dingy bathrooms and poor water pressure in the shower. Inn at Horse Heaven comes up aces on both counts: Bathrooms are well lit, well kept with lots of towels and lots of hot water. The rooms are well maintained. There are extra blankets and pillows as well as an iron and ironing board, plus a microwave and a small fridge. I stay in Building A, which has the breakfast area. Makes it quicker and easier to get downstairs to eat. Oh, and did I mention there are always fresh cookies in the lobby? Not a huge thing but welcome after a road trip. The staff is very helpful and they remember that I’ve been there before, which is nice. Two thumbs up for the Inn at Horse Heaven!

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Nice fitness room. Breakfast had many choices from cereal to eggs and 2 choices of meat. Staff was also friendly. A little strange they have«two» buildings so close but not connected… so if you stay in B you need to walk across the parking lot to eat breakfast in A. Had a little bit of trouble connecting at night to the wifi, but during the day it was fine.

In Prosser doing wine tasting? Here’s your best bet for the night’s accomodations. Two buildings, one dog friendly, leave plenty of rooms available. Location is in what appears to be a new and upcoming area of town. Pretty standard rooms, free breakfast… kind of a madhouse, but it’s to be expected. It was nice to be able to crash for the night without having to worry about driving home. I would recommend it for a quick trip.

The room was fine — everything was clean and it was nice to have the outdoor pool in the summertime(we were here last August). The breakfast was also pretty expansive — they have a waffle maker, a nice selection of pastries, and biscuits/gravy. I also found it interesting to see the large number of guests neatly dressed eating breakfast, and preparing to head out to church on Sunday morning — that is not something you see too often back in Seattle! I just didn’t feel like the value was very good, hence the three star rating. Pricing is $ 110/night for a hotel that’s literally in the middle of nowhere, even during non-peak season like late February. That’s more expensive than most mid-range hotels in the Seattle suburbs, and this place is a budget hotel in terms of amenities. That being said, they are the only game in town… so if you want to visit the Prosser wineries, this is your only choice. There’s nothing wrong with it beyond the price.

This hotel was a good value. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for two nights, the first morning was very loud with lots of door slamming at 6am so they gladly moved us to another room for the second night which was much better. They also include a complimentary breakfast. It is nothing special, but it is nice to start your day off with a convenient breakfast without having to leave the hotel. It is also walking distance from several tasting rooms which is very nice.

Very nice 3 star hotel for me. Clean, well kept, attentive. If visiting prosser this is the hotel to stay at if you want to feel welcome and comfortable.

This has got to be one of the most expensive Best Westerns ever! At least during the Prosser Wine & Food Fair they hike the prices to a ridiculous rate. A few friends and I stayed here over the weekend to see what all the fuss was over the Yakima Valley’s wineries. We drank wine and kind of forgot about everything else. As for the hotel — there’s nothing to really complain about or to get excited about. It’s clean, it’s quiet, and for some reason the headboards are mounted on the wall, weird.
