Subway

During the month of May 2016, if you stop by before 9M, you can buy a lunch sub and get a breakfast sub for free. So, I decided to give this a try.
I walked in and Jim greeted me very nicely and very friendly. He explained the promotion to me, so I decided to get a Steak and Cheese sub for lunch and a Steak, Egg and Cheese for breakfast.
Jim was very good about asking what I wanted, and offering suggestions as I ordered.
It is nice to come to a fast food store and find people that are pleasant, professional and courteous. I handed my Subway Card and Credit Card and he told me how many points I had and that it was already enough for a free sub.
Very pleasant experience… very good promotion. Check it out !!!

*sigh* the people that work here are super friendly and quick, but the area and customer clientele here are disgusting. its honestly annoying to come in here because the line of people paying for sandwiches with EBT is mind-​blowing (yeah, you can use EBT for subway)
ive never had an issue with food quality or cleanliness, or staff not being polite. its just an unfortunate location.

Kennedy Plaza/​Brunswick Park. Worst Subway I have ever been in. The bread was not fresh at all, tasted at least 2 days old. I normally love Subway, can usually count on them to always be constant from location to location. Horrible, took one bite… tossed it in the trash.

I understand that the subway is a fast food paste, but why not listen to what the customers are asking and stop rushing and try harder because you guys are using too much of what I’m asking. I wish you guys could add the round pizza to the menu and not use the sweet sauce to make the pizza. When I ask for pizza I let her know not to use the sweet sauce, which is a option she said i have and i told her I want my crust soft, so now the pizza gets made and when I get home i opened the box and the pizza was hard and sweet has ever. And another thing their steak isn’t that hot enough when i get home its always cold and when i stay in the lobby to eat it would be warm not hot warm.
This is my nearest location they accept ebt food I normally come here to buy my sandwich, which is an Italian bread with mayonnaise first, then American cheese, then lettuce not too much then the tomato not too much then salami, then more mayonnaise again the first time I came here they made it right all the other time its made incorrect and times its correct but the veggies would be stale the next day or two. It would be times when I come home and I put my sand which in the fridge and coming the next day to eat, I would find that there’s too much of what I’ve asked for. The tomatoes would be runny and tasteless and soft and The Lettuce would look old and it would make my bread stink at times and at other times my bread is soft and dry, so you know what I had to do is take everything out of my sandwich and remake it with more Mayonnaise and cheese At times and at other times I would throw the whole sandwich away to when the bread stinks and is wet.
The next time i came back i ask for a steak and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato i ask the girl if can she put the steak in a plastic container instead on the bread she said they aren’t aloud to it has to be made in the sandwich because everytime i buy a steak sandwich when i get home it would be cold and i would have to scrape the steak of the bread to heat it up again the next time i buy a steak sandwich i would like to know can i get the steak in a container to go not on the bread. Also U guys should add a new bread to the menu like pepperidge farmers bread. Also u guys should change the bread often.

One Girl, Doesn’t want to be here Personality, made my sandwich, very Sloppy threw meat on the bread, and extra back into the Vegetable, Display makes it look Very Messy.

They were out of a couple different breads. They wouldn’t put cucumbers on sandwiches because they weren’t very good looking and they didn’t even cut the footling sandwich in half. I didn’t notice until I went back to my office and had to hunt down a knife. Not very friendly customer service wise. They could try harder.
