Creative Touch Nails and Spa

Very disappointed, I went in at 6 and was rushed through my manicure and pedicure then when I got home I looked closer at my toes and the lady only put one coat of polish so it looks super sloppy. The lady was nice but I paid 48 dollars for a service and got a half done polish job and felt very rushed when it should have been a relaxing experience. Kinda upset I gave her a 20 percent tip… Worst mani pedi I’ve ever got. I’ll take my business across Ellsworth next time.

I went to the nail salon with a total of 4 of us. We each had pedicures. I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. The other 3 were never asked and were charged the additional 8.00 a piece. The tech assuned they wanted the more expensive one. When it came to pay the tech argued with us and threw the calculator at me.

We didn’t have an appointment but they got us right in and took great care of us. This spa is fantastic. So relaxing, I nearly fell asleep. Great atmosphere, nice music– and nice air! A very nice place to be pampered, and I am going there again!

Business refuses service to disabled customers with service animals! My wife is disabled and has a service dog. This place refused her service because they did not allow animals in the building. The «manager» told her she had to leave but would not give her name nor anyone else’s name. Do not patronize this place that refuses service to disabled customers. If I could give zero stars or less, I would.

BE AWARE… THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR NAME TO REMOVE BAD REVIEWS! This is the 2^nd name change the past couple years. They’re doing this to remove the bad review. If you look up Venetian Nail & Spa you’ll see all the bad reviews this place received. And it says that it closed, but it hasn’t they just changed the name to Creative Nail and Spa then changed it again to CreativTouch Nails and Spa. They have the WORST customer service! They work very to try to get more clients in per day. They made my sister wait an hour and half on her 30^th birthday when they kept telling her that she was next. They would take 2 or 3 walk-​ins all while she was waiting. She walked away with nothing on her big day! I had about 4 different people working on my pedicure. Each tech takes on 4 to 5 clients at a time and the Owner/​Manager will not hear any complaints. All she says is «that’s the way it is sorry» So rude and terrible customer service. Do not be fooled, I am sure their name will change again soon.

I’m sad to have to say that less then 2 weeks of getting my nails filled here, I had to have them removed. The gentleman that worked on my nails did not do his complete job. I ended up getting fungus in a few of my nails. This has never happened to me and I am very upset that the job was not correctly. I will never go back to this place. If I could put zero stars I would.

Only good thing I can say about this place is that the nail tech was pleasant… I should’ve left as soon as I walked in and the place was empty of customers !! My gel manicure turned out to be a MESS!!! One nail developed a bubble by the end of day 1. By the end of day 5 I had 4 nails that had chipped. After 1 week had 6 nails that gel chipped — WTH. Obviously you get what you pay for — $ 25 for gel manicure and an extra $ 5 to first have the old gel polish removed — huh, never been charged extra for that at other places. Needless to say I will NOT be returning To this place again… My advice is stay away from this place, they obviously are using inferior quality product if the gel didn’t even last a week – and I wear gloves to protect my nails when doing housework!

Second visit to creativTouch, and certainly won’t be our last. We’re going to treat ourselves once a month to the pedicures, manicures and other services. Top-​notch customer service, soothing pedicures and just an all-​around great place to be pampered by people that care how you are feeling. :)

This place is absolutely amazing! The zero gravity chairs, the people working are very nice and take their time on you! I am so glad to find this place and I will for sure be back! The pricing is not bad at all for everything this place does!
