A very low class cleaners service, they are expensive for a low quality service. The shop is in my way for that reason I went there, but after the first experience I will never ever go there again. If you are in the marina Bay Area just look for another shop. I really recommend the management to take action towards there bad quality service. But I doubt that any one in the management cares about the comments of the customer.

They SMOKE insure the cleaning area! I caught one of the employees smoking Newports while sorting through shirts and he seemed complete unfazed by my shock. I could not believe that employees smoke inside a dry cleaning facility, of all places. This is absolutely disgusting. It’s too bad, because this place is so close to my apartment. They also charge far too much … I was quoted $ 25 to mend a skirt that I brought to Shanghai Tailors where it was fixed for $ 10. I will never, ever go to Quincy Shore Cleaners again.

Brought my shirt in for a repair. First time they dry cleaned it and no repair, and told me to bring the shirt back. Whatever fine. Brought the shirt back and the gentleman said, oh the repair right? Yes. Came back 4 days later– shirts drycleaned and not repaired AGAIN. Are you serious? May be a language barrier but seriously you repeated it back to me twice and had extra days to complete the service. Next time I’ll drive back into the city where everyone speaks English and can actually do what I paid for!

Three strikes and they’re out! This place is mildly convenient on my route to and from work so I gave it a try. First pass or two things were fine but the more I used them, the more I found problems with my clothing they were dry cleaning. All said they ruined two shirts and a pair of pants. An additional shirt I was able to salvage via my own stain remover. Two of the ruined items appear to be more like bleach (white discoloration) and the other an iron burn. I’m not happy and will not risk using them any longer.
