When you choose to paint your truck a BRIGHT yellow and put your business info on said truck one of two things are going to happen. One probability is that you’ll drum up some business. Another bigger probability is that you’ll guarantee that people will never use your business. The latter is the case here. Driving like you’re the only person on the road when you aren’t, cutting people off, running a red light in order to cut that person off are a few reasons I would never use this particular business. If you show no basic courtesy for people in general, I’m pretty sure you’re not going to show the same courtesy to your customers. And judging by the two previous reviews… Yep, that’s the case. This review is not based on one experience, but an ongoing relationship lasting a couple years. But in order to save time and verbiage,
I’ll just describe one representative experience. Yes, I have had several such interactions.
I placed an item on consignment,; that is: it was my item, my possession, I placed it for sale. in this shop.
The shop/​business was to sell said item and retain their commission. I visited the store on several occasions. The item (my item) was not there on premises. I inquired each time, .was told it didn’t function properly… so I said I wanted it back anyway… well, to make a long story short… I did this exercise about four times. Requesting Payment or my item returned to the store for me to retrieve. Enter vaudeville song and dance… George and Gracie… I’m told the item doesn’t work, okay, thats fine, it’s still my non-​functional item… I still want it back… weeks go by… my messages go unanswered. And the item was worth over $ 100 used.
Ummm. Bad way to keep repeat customers.

This place is a total joke. Dont waste your time, just to save $ 2 over what SD Hydro charges. not worth it. They’ll say they order stuff, and dont… They’ll jerk you around for a week and try to get you to pay ahead of time. And literally 4 of the 5 times ive gone I there I have NOT gotten what ive ordered. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go to a better/​less crackhead-​ey hydro store. Definatly Ramona people.
