Sandy’s Shoppe

I go in to Sandy’s Shoppe on a regular basis and this is by far my favorite antique store. Antique stores can feel cluttered and overwhelming — not just because the volume of the items in the store, but because of the way they are merchandised. Sandy (the owner) has her shop beautifully merchandised with a million interesting items ranging from purses to pepper shakers. Most everything is arranged and displayed by color which is awesome. There is an enormous jewelry area and case with some great higher end pieces and also fun costume jewelry to look through as well. The store also has wonderful, old wood floors, which I find charming.
The owners are always in the store and are sweet and talkative and incredibly knowledgeable about whatever items they may be carrying. I feel as though everything is typically priced fairly. They usually have their cute Boston Terrier behind the counter who snoozes the day away hanging out. It’s a great little family owned shop with lots to offer. If you are in Ramona or driving through, definitely swing by Sandy’s — you won’t regret it!
