Slow service. Snow is no excuse. Ordered online and the tracker said it was ready for Carryout. Customer cancelled their order and left the store. But the free pizza from their cancelled order? I’ll take it.(But had to ask for the«free» pizza…)

Ordered a pizza and the online tracker says it’s been delivered. It’s been over 30 minutes since it supposedly left the store. I’ve tried to call the store now 3 times and no one is answering. Great service!!!

I love the fact that you can place your order online, pay by credit card at the same time. No pressure as you can make up your mind what you want to order. Delivery person was very friendly and delivery was timely based on the tracking of the order online. Very simple and easy way ordering online keeping your address as part of your profile.

Never had a bad experience with them. My pizza orders have always been pretty good. Can’t complain. I’ve only ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from them once which was decent. They have street parking for pick ups.

Long story short they put two things on my boyfriends sandwich that he hates and he had specifically asked them not to put on, making it completely inedible for him. My food, which was only pasta, was somewhat burned around the edges. In short, don’t waste your time. They employ people here who clearly don’t care about anything more than getting a paycheck and not making customers happy. The Subway next door has better pizza. I don’t even want to give them any stars.

very hit or miss and i just got a huge MISS. beyond pissed off. ordered a small plain pizza light on the sauce. an hour and a half passed and still no food. called the shop, got put on hold for 5 mins and then he gives me attitude. it finally arrives an hour and 45 mins later and it is a large burnt(yet cold at the same time) pie and drowning in sauce. i wanna puke. i just spent $ 17 on something thats now just gonna sit in my fridge uneaten. i really want my money back… sorry, but for this sh*t, ill just order from pizza hut…

Ordered Dominos at this branch. I usually order pizza only when I’m out in a hotel on vacation and not wanting to go out. Figured try the local Dominos and see how that works out. Ordered via the internet site. Loved the online ordering features on the ease of customizing your order, to the method they show you the status of your order via cute illustrations. The delivery guy was easy going, pizza came in 30 minutes. Looked like he came in a beat up 1980’s station wagon, which was humorous to me and at the same time, nostalgic. The pizza itself was not what I expected as a large pizza. I’m use to a crust that is puffed up higher than the rest of the pizza so I have a crust handle to hold the pizza. Instead, it was a crust handle that I associate more with a medium sized pizza, which is the same level. The cheese, sauce and extra toppings I ordered were just the right amount; not short and not generous. The cost of the pizza is still a bit much when compared to Di Giorno’s which you can get in the supermarket for $ 6 when not on sale, and is nearly similar quality. Still, not bad of a pizza, and much improved than when ordering in the 1990’s.

Terrible customer service. Vincent was unprofessional now the kids are off to bed without dinner. The order was placed online with all our contact info an hour of I don’t know we’re the driver is — they had a large order at the college etc did anyone think to call and tell us this NO oh and the refund will take 4 days or so to be credited back to my card. There was no effort or attempt to make it right. Dominos should not worry about it s national add campaign they should spend more time on customer service and who they let display their name

After 1+ week in Bahamas, I came back to Domino’s Pizza. There must be a crime against that. Anyway, I was hungry, and my choices were limited with a conference call going late into the night. I popped open and watched the nice web page showing me what’s going on to my pizza. It tells me what time it was made and who made it. Then it tells me who stuck it in the oven. It also tells me when it’s all done and who’s out delivering it. I knew exactly when to schedule myself to be hungry! It certainly wasn’t the best pizza, but my large thin crust with Jalapeño, mushroom, and Italian sausage was pretty decent. It cured my starvation when I expected it.
