Sacramento Copiers

I wish I had heard of this company sooner. It would have saved me so much time and money in the long run. My Ricoh was jamming horribly. I called Ricoh directly and they quoted me more than $ 1,000 NOT INCLUDING LABOR! So of course I called around. After spending WAY too much time talking to people to repair companies, I found Sacramento Copiers and met Christopher Brown. Chris charged me a low rate of $ 95 an hour on labor and had his technician rebuilt my fuser. Him rebuilding my fuser instead of installing a brand new one saved me $ 600! Not only that, but the technician he sent cleaned my copier so well that it looked new again, very thoroughly inspected all of the major components and my copies and prints have never looked better!
6 months goes by and I was in the market for a second copier but could not afford a new color machine that would handle our estimated volume. Sacramento Copiers sent me a few quotes for their refurbished models. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could lease-​to-​own a very pretty Sharp! Not only that, but they gave me a 6 month warranty on the machine so anytime it hiccups, they will come by without charging. I’ve had my Sharp for 2 months now and have not had to call, but I like not having to stress about a potential breakdown.
I honestly can’t say enough about Chris and his team! They have never let me down.
