I love this place. The owner is always there when I come in on my lunch. She is always nice and upbeat. They always acknowledge me when I walk in and are very personal. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really great customer service. The boss’ husband is super sweet and very welcoming! The boss herself super nice lady! Great service, great food! One of my fave subway locations ever!

My family and I go there a lot, it’s been cool up until tonight (Sunday) when we pulled up at 8:35pm and my husband went in to get us some dinner, he asked the young lady at the counter if they were still, open because a young man was sweeping and all the containers were all cleaned up and looked like they were ready to go. She hesitated for what seemed liked forever and said with a long sign.” Weeeeeell, yeeeeeaaahh” kinda slow like she really wasnt happy that he walked in, my husband said it was very rude, and so he said, «never mind, forget it» and walked out. You all know the feeling you get when you can tell someone does not want you there, you can just feel it, all in the vibe and attitude they give. So he left. He came back to the car and explained what happened, I was irritated by that and went back in to see what time they closed, I entered and she just started at me, no hello, no nothing, I asked, «what time do you close?» She hesitated to answer and then said, «we close early tonight», I said, «what time?» And she said, «uh…8:30pm», mind you, my husband, walked in at 8:35pm, and I walked in5 minutes later, oh, I forgot to mention that they turned the open sign off when he walked out, but didn’t lock the door. I asked for the managers number, and she said, «I told him I’d make a sandwich,» I said yes, but it was your attitude that caused him to leave, she said she didn’t have an attitude, I said, well, that’s how it came across, how what you said was perceived, may I please have the number. She pointed to the wall, I grabbed a pen and wrote it on a piece of paper she gave me, and I walked out. I also stopped to, check the door, the time said closing time was 9:00pm, so they probably just wanted to leave early and was irritated that another customer walked in. Still not cool. Customer service always comes first, no matter how irritated you are, and no matter what race your customer is. everyone should be treated with respect. we left there and went to another subway up the street, and although it was 10mins till 9:00pm, their attitude towards us was awesome.

An awesome Subway! Not busy, so no line during lunch time which is great! The two ladies were also very friendly and quick to greet and help with a smile
I like a lot of veggies on my sandwiches, especially pickles and cucumbers so it was nice to see them giving a good amount on my sandwich without me having to ask them! Some of the ones I’ve been to will barely put any vegetables on there and when I ask for extra, they give me like only 3 more!

Its subway. I couldnt imagine them not getting a order correct when I’m basically guiding them during the preparation of meal.

This place isn’t too bad. The service is pretty quick whenever I’ve gone, but the food doesn’t seem to be the freshest. The people that work here seem to never really smile and seem to not want to be there. The restrooms are located all the way in the back and some of their tables don’t look to ever be wiped down. If you’re hungry and aren’t picky about where you go, then this place isn’t so bad.

They actually use the food guards to protect the food and dishes when people are not ordering. HOW SMART!
I very particular about my subway sandwich and I only get one style sandwich. If they don’t have it… I don’t get something else I just leave.
This location has never let me down. Go HERE!

Place is quiet busy, but they did a good job on my sandwiches and seem to be very polite. Like the music playing inside.

Trying out the new hickory turkey sub misunderstood the pricing received rude service from the young lady making the sandwhich because I questioned being charged for extra bacon (I was not charged for extra bacon) then rude service from another young lady because I asked to seperate the footlong into separate bags. I Dont understand why there are such bad reviews here maybe if you weren’t so rude to them it would be easier for them to smile at you. the owner and his wife are such caring people they love their customers and the employees are great I get my sandwich and go m in n out so fast! I love this subway

The worse customer service ever! The two girls that worked there wore so rude! One of the girl who was Armenian was rolling her eyes every time we asked a question. Looked unhappy the whole time. I don’t even understand why she even works there if she gets angry when a customer has a simple question. I go to subway often and this subway is close to my house. Will never go there and will tell all my friends not to go there. Seriously the worse customer service ever! Towards the end they didn’t even count the coupon & didn’t even give me a receipt. Will never ever go back. It was literally one word HORRIBLE!

Been here on good and bad days. there seems to be a new staff and they were certain lunch shifts with NO SMILE, and no customer service. but however been there on different days at LUNCH and there are 2 girls who help each time with a smile. also knows what i like every time, which is pretty simple! shes awesome and fast. others are just whatever. the ones that dont smile just throw ur sandwich fast and go «have a nice day» especially the american girl. if you dont like ur job find something else. dont ruin customers day with ur bad face. thanks. but the other nice girl thank u for making my sandwich good (she just dyed her hair dark) :)

This place is okay as far as speed of service goes, however, Attention Management! most of the employees are in need of a «team building activity» day. They look very unhappy and barely make eye contact, their cleanliness/​hygiene is a bit on the fence. They make look unhappy on shift but dont be fooled by the sad faces, some of them proudly display their hickies on their neck to let us know they are lucky :). What a sight!

I went here tonight and must have came during a bad time, there was serious tension between the owner and sandwich maker. It was uncomfortable watching as she blatantly ignored him and his help. He doesn’t seem like the nicest guy, I get it, but save it for your break, after work… Anytime but in front of a customer.
Also, if you are going to add water to the meatball sauce do it where customers can’t see.

Beware of Greedy Persian Owners! They have posters all over their store promoting $ 5 any foot long sandwiches. Decided to buy a drink and chips with my footlong… The lady charged me $ 10.31 total at the register. Apparently one medium drink and one bag of lousy chips cost $ 5.31?
Horrbile. Not to knock down Subway sandwiches because I love to eat ‘em, its just that this particular franchisee sucks. Practice what you preach. $ 5 footlong, one medium drink, and one bag of chips should not go over $ 7.99 depending on where you live.

1 star is being generous! Due to past experiences I vowed to never return, but against my better judgement and mainly because it was convenient I decided to give them another shot. Bad decision!!! Bread is ALWAYS old and crumbles everywhere, floors are sticky and the sprite tastes like carbonated
water. Awful customer service! Shocked this place is even still in business. Get it together. Worst subway in the area. Try the one on sunrise or better yet Fair oaks

I’ve seen cleaner Subway’s and have had better sammiches. The employees seem pretty lazy at this store. To me, that comes from the training, or lack thereof, from management/​ownership. The sammiches also seem to be a bit on the smaller side, compared to other Subway’s. I’m sure that’s also from the owners telling them how much to put on a sammich. I’ve been to mall Subways where they put on more food, and those are usually the stingiest stores around. I basically come here for one reason, it’s in the shopping center that I frequent, and it’s a quick place to grab some food before heading to Sbux or Target. If there were another sammich place around, this place would lose my business.

This Subway is about a 10 minute’s walk away from work. I love Subway. I’m always trying to eat healthy and this is a great place to get a filling sandwich, usually. It is really not clean at all. Granted, I am a germ freak, but after he handles the cash and credit cards, he goes over to touch the bread to make sure it’s cooked enough or transfers all the cookies from the tray to the display case with his HANDS. Gross.
If he’s not there, his wife is just as bad. If a sandwich costs $ 6.05, she rounds it up to $ 7. What a rip off! I would rather get in my car and drive to a nicer Subway than go to this hell hole.

Dont get me wrong I am a Subway fan. Well, I am a complete sandwich fan. Cant get enough of them. I came here to get a sandwich for my gf and I. Hers was a simple turkey sandwich on white. Mine was the sandwich with turkey/​ham/​roast beef. Well they were out of roast beef which sucked. So I asked if it was cool if I got double of turkey. She said no problem. Get home, HELL NO, there was no double meat of anything. I should of paid attention. I was too busy staring at the veggies. Then normally I finish my gf’s sandwich, since I am her human garbage disposal but MAN the bread was super dry, kind of old feeling. Just wasn’t very good. Even I didnt want to finish it and for me not to want to finish something is VERY RARE. So it was a disappointing experience, but, it happens. I will be back.

Quick AND Short: Fast, Clean, Lots of room, staff is okay but could be better, Staff doesn’t generally fill your sandwich (kind of have to ask for more IE lettuce, tomatoes, etc).

Cons: you have to ask for more.
