So my husband and I went to Graziano’s for lunch. I wanted an antipasto salad and he ordered his regular… bread bowl salad with breaded chicken n avocado. The waitress was so sweet. She brought us cups of a few different salad dressings… that are all made in house. The salads came and were super fresh and HUGE. I asked my husband if he thought something was different, he noticed that the salad had a few different greens, not just iceberg. I did too. Long story short… They have a new owner and she is great. She cooks with a whole lot of love. I think my husband scared her cuz he insisted on hugging her. So give them a try. Things have changed… great lunch specials too! n

I love their lasagna and their calzones are the best! The doughs in their pizza and calzones are very tasty, the meet sauce is great and the veggies are always fresh. I do see how people can complain about the service, but the taste of the food separates it from your typical Italian places.

I don’t understand how people like this place. Everything tastes like it’s either been frozen or come straight out of a can. I was so disappointed.

We come to Graziano’s while visiting family. We’ve been here several times, and the food is good. The meat sauce is GREAT, and the pepperoni rolls are very good. The one downfall seems to be that the service is super variable. I definitely recommend trying it, though.

Decided to try this place out after looking for an Italian restaurant in the area. I have to say, their garlic knots are delicious! They’re nice and soft, not too much or too little garlic flavoring. It was just perfect! However, their pasta al diavolo did disappoint. The sauce did not have much flavor and it was a little watery. I still give them three stars because I am willing to try a different dish next time I visit. Maybe the tortellini! I will come back especially for the garlic knots though!

Today was my first time trying it I order over the phone and decided to do pick up. I got a large half Hawaiian half grazianos special. It was $ 23 and some change. First of it was not even a large it looked like a small I think there was only 8 slices for that price no thank you! Another thing was that the pizza itself was pretty dry and not soft and fluffy and saucy like your average pizza place I don’t think I’ll be coming back sorry

Best pizza in Rancho! I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I haven’t tasted anything better. It reminds me of Petrillos in San Gabriel. You can taste the quality! The server was super nice. He brought my son a Halloween bag and it was filled with goodies. I can appreciate a good family owned pizza place. Must try!

Tonight 10÷13÷15 was the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant ever. I have never written a review or complained about my service or even walked out. We’ll tonight was the night for all of that. My family walked out after 1 hour and 24 minutes of waiting for our food. Our drinks were empty and no one came to tell us what was going on. When I walked to the front to look back in the kitxhen and see what was going on they only had 1 cook and 2 servers. There was no manager or person in charge. With 2 servers and a party of 25 in the party room and 7 other groups sitting down waiting, they were set up to fail. Everyone that sat down after us received their food before ours(and all we ordered was pizza rolls and salad). We will never ever go back there, and will pass the word along to everyone else in the area. We used to go there a few times a month while the service kept getting worse we thought we will still keep our money local. Not any more! If you want to go experience the most god awful service and thirst to death from empty glasses then go have fun.

We went in around 8pm on a Friday night. It was maybe 30% full. Which is nice when you don’t want to wait for a table. I ordered the beef dip sandwich. I wasn’t that impressed. It seemed bland to me. I really enjoy the one at Vince’s and was hoping for the same type of flavor. I wouldn’t order it again. The other people ordered the lasagna, rigatoni and baked ziti. They liked theirs just fine. Maybe I have too high of expectations for my beef dip? I’ll probably go back and try some other items in the menu.

I feel bad that I haven’t written a review of Graziano’s Pizza long before now. We have been eating here for eight years now and food is excellent. Always so fresh and one of the best deals for price we have found in this area. It’s usually a quiet place during afternoons. Exceptional in cleanliness. Give it a try and see what they offer. Dan F.

Came here last Friday to pick up dinner for the boyfriend and myself. It wasn’t hard to find, and it wasn’t too busy for a Friday evening. The hostess was nice enough, tho not overly friendly. However, not rude so I have no complaints. I ordered spaghetti & meatballs and pasta with the mushroom sauce and marinara. Came out to about $ 25 and change. Food did not take too long to make at all, probably because it wasn’t that busy and I didn’t order pizza. I’d say it took about 10 minutes, tops. The only problem i really had with the restaurant was the way they packaged my food. It was in a bag that was too large for what I ordered… And the contents of my food shifted and fell over during the drive home. The tomato sauce spilled out of the foil containers, soaked through the paper bag they were in and seeped out through a hole in the plastic bag onto my upholstery. I was not happy one bit. It was a tomatoey mess. However, I have protective coating on my seats… So the tomato sauce did not stain. Thank my stars. I would have been so so mad if it stained my car. The food was average. Probably something I could have cooked myself at home, if I felt like cooking. I did feel it was a little overpriced. But the servings were large and they made nice leftovers for the next day, so it’s like we got 4 meals for the price of 2. All in all, it wasn’t horrible… But I think they should definitely rethink that to go packaging.

Garlic Knots!!! These delicious buttery knots of dough drenched in garlic and cheese are to die for! These are definitely something you need to order when visiting. The whole menu is good and you will have to wait a bit for your food since everything is made to order.

I have to tell you this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered dinner to have it delivered and was told 45 minutes max. 1 hour goes by and nothing yet, then a hour and a half still nothing. Called after 1 hour 45 min and they proceed to ask for my address and how to spell it.(Are you incompetent or what you morons) now 2 hours later still no food. I wonder how they stay open with service like this.

I’ve been here a few times and have never had any negative experience. The food portions are HUGE! I love the pepperoni rolls and the salads could be a meal in itself. They have a new cook, Juan B. and his food is amazing! My group ordered the Gnocchi, Pasta diablo w/chicken and cheese fries. Each dish was delicious and the Gnocchi is way better then Spumoni’s in Santa Monica! Ask for it to be made in white sauce, you won’t regret it. Waitress was on point with drink refills, etc. Will definitely be going back.

Customer Service was very good. I placed my order over the phone. I went in to pay & let the gal know I would be waiting in my car because the order was not ready yet.(I ordered as I was on my way so it wasn’t going to be ready by the time I got there) The Gal at the front brought my food to the car… very nice of her. The food was perfect. I will go back for take out.

Took them 15 minutes to just take our drink order. Ordered appetizers took 35 minutes and 10 minutes later got our food. We were the only guest there, so I don’t understand why they took so long. The whole time we could hear the«manager» talking about her personal life with the server. I had to ask for a refill and condiments because not once did they check on us. It’s not the same restaurant as 10 years ago. The owners must have changed. Food is good customer service sucks! The manager young Hispanic lady rude.

We just had dinner here a few nights ago and I don’t understand why people complain about the service. It was a Friday night so it had quite a bit of business but the servers were there when we needed them and very friendly. I had the small antipasto salad which was fantastic — it serves two people easily. It was chocked full of cold meats, cheese, olives, etc. There was less lettuce than other salads I’ve had, but all the goodies which is great. Their garlic twists are sooooooo good! I also had meatballs with the meat sauce which was not greasy at all. My husband had the angel hair with pomodoro sauce and he loved it. We even took a pizza home for our kids and they said it was great. The restaurant itself could do with some redecorating, but the food is great and that’s what I go to a restaurant for. I’ll be back for sure!

This place could be really nice with a little TLC. … but it smells like sewage & the food is mediocre at best… Plus, the younger Mexican chick at the front had a bad attitude. . I will not be returning..
