Pizza Hut

Ordered online for delivery. Waited 50 mins for it to arrive. Was about to eat when I noticed there was no Hut Favorite crust flavoring. I called the store to tell them about their mistake. Manager was noticeably and understandably upset. I realize it was late and it would require another trip but they should have done it right the first time.
Was offered a credit for a future order but stated I jsut wanted my correct order and agreed to wait an hour as the manager said it would take that long. I dont think he expected me to accept the hour long wait. I waited while he put it in the oven and he came back on the line to tell me that the pizza was in the oven and then hung up. I understand his frustration as I too work in the food industry.

I love Pizza Hut but this place doesn’t allow deals/​promos that I get in my emails or see on ads. Plus, they’re super stingy on their ingredients. Bummer!

Wow ridiculously priced. I ordered a large 3 typing pizza for carry out and it was $ 18.98. The crap thing is if I had ordered online, it would have been almost half that cost. Shame on me I guess for thinking that the pizza Hut employees would make recommendations. Even McDonald’s employees would tell you «it’s cheaper if you get a #_​_​». Oh well. A lesson learned, I won’t go here again. I can’t stand restaurants who to customers off just because they can.

Food is good but only gets two stars because the spinach pizza I ordered was delivered with fresh spinach thrown on top after it was baked… I’m seriously disappointed. I did post a picture

How in the hell do they get a A when the employee has her burgundy hair flying all over the place? Wait, she does have it in a ponytail under her hat. I guess that makes it OK. And let’s not talk about how she IS NOT WEARING GLOVES. She has touched every thing in the restaurant and has not ran her hands under the water faucet. She has touched the pre made pizza crust. She has touched the fridge door. She has touched the TRASH CAN and then proceeded to go back to making the pizza. All I can do now is PRAY OVER MY PIZZA AND PRAY FOR THE BEST. I guess my next step should be reporting her and this establishment to the health board. Please don’t get me wrong, I KNOW SHIT HAPPENS IN THESE PLACES but to actually see it, takes it to a whole different level.
Back to Round Table I go.

Ordered my pizza online. I misread and advertisement that said 2 pizzas four toppings for $ 6.99 each. It’s really interactive online because you can make decisions concerning the crust, sauce, topping and much more. Turns out it stated a «total» of 4 toppings between the two pizzas. Not a problem. Fixed the topping choices. Had this been done in the store it would have taken forever. They do include the fee for delivery but I still added on $ 2 because the guy was cute lol

I’m very unhappy they close at 11 and I was told they had no stuffed crust so I proceeded to order regular pepperoni pizza and still was not helped I got hung up on since they had my number I assumed they would call me back so I called back to ask why no one returned my call she said she thought I got mad because they had no stuffed crust obviously a lie very bad customer service never ordering from there again

Great customer service here. They greet you soon as you walk into the door. Everyone was very friendly. My food came out right on time and taste great. Definitely go to this location vs the other location in Rancho.

I didn’t even finish my order before I decided not to finish dealing w such a rude employee! I understand you’re about to close but no need to be rude.

I decided to recently go back to Pizza Hut after ONLY ordering from Round Table Pizza. I am glad I did, the crust is the best & so is the service at this location. Always on time & hot & fresh. Also, tonight I ordered online with Pizza Hut (Round Table in Rancho does not have online ordering STILL??). I was not aware of the difference between traditional wings & breaded & was upset I ordered the wrong ones. Decided to call the store & get resistance from the staff or manager to get another order free of charge delivered again no less. Well I spoke with Melanie and she spoke to her Manager Victoria and she said she would send the correct wings I wanted out, at no charge DELIVERED! Very few business care enough to do this anymore to satisfy customers & guarantying return patronage!

Ordered my pizza online… that was a very fast experience… I liked that feature. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza. It was a little expensive with the delivery, but being that it was so cold out, I went for it. The delivery was fast for a Friday night but the pizza was TERRIBLE!!! I’ve had stuffed crust before but this cheese was horrible. I didn’t bother eating the whole slice. The cheese didn’t taste the way it should and since I didn’t like the cheese, I only are the slice, but that was cardboard thin., it was just the worst pizza I’ve ever had and may as well have ordered from little Caesars… yuck!!!

First time eating at this location and have not had Pizza Hut for years. I ordered online ahead if time. Got the big meal deal with 2 pizza, breadsticks, extra crunchy bone in chicken wings. Pizza was not too bad but you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. They put the extra sauce on the wrong pizza, that was a bummer because the kids got the pepperoni and are not big fans Of a lot of sauce but had tons in there’s. We on the other hand ordered extra sauce on ours but got hardly any sauce. Worst part was the breadsticks… They were super hard and crunchy just like croutons! I called and they offered to deliver new breadsticks and that was nice but I was not going to have some kid have to use his gas to drive to my house for breadsticks. I just wish it would have been the right way to begin with. I don’t suggest you order online ahead of time because even though thy say they make it 15 min before pickup time, I don’t think that is true based on our experience.

This Pizza Hut location is very good. We order from there frequently and have found that the food is always ready on time, the $ 10 dinner box is a great value, and the staff is very friendly.
