Moonlight Event Planning

Natalie and her Husband Roland were AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a planner who is going to be your right hand person, who will understand what your vision is for your special day then Natalie is the person you NEED! Our special day would have not been possible if we did not have her and her husband. They are both very spirited people who are always on task. The vision my husband and I had could have definitely never come true without them. We were all over the place not sure of how to put things together, all we had was a theme with different thoughts of what we wanted. My husband had meet her at an event and saw what she could do, so he knew she was the perfect person to call, that as soon as we meet with her and talked about the ideas we had, I knew he was right.
During the month of our wedding we meet with Natalie and she went over the time line about what the plan would be for the wedding day and she was constantly making sure that we were okay with changes and if we (mostly the bride) were emotionally okay. As well as always being in contact with our vendors for any updates (which they all loved working with her). The day before the wedding we brought a ton of bags and boxes full of things that we had for the day and she listened and said okay «I got this, you have nothing to worry about». And sure enough that when we saw our venue and seeing all the little things we had worked so hard for brought the biggest smile to our face, it was like we had just walked into our dream.
For anyone who is reading this I truly recommend you calling them and adding them to your special event, Natalie will be your guide to creating a special day that you will always remember. And I know they went beyond what the packaged called for and for that we are beyond grateful and will definitely call on them again for our next event!

I attended a recent wedding at the Portofino Yacht Club coordinated by Natalie and her staff and it was outstanding. The entire event flowed smoothly and flawlessly from the ceremony to the cocktail and dinner hours right through the dancing and special moments like cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses. Natalie is a top pro and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Natalie and her team are amaaaaaaazing! From start to finish, there is no way my husband and I could have pulled it off. My husband and I had a specific vision for our wedding and handmade most of the décor. We just loaded Natalie’s car with vaguely labeled boxes… without much direction from us, they read our minds and set everything up PERFECTLY.
Natalie kindly walked me through the planning process. working to keep me on point and recommending great vendors (our DJ, chair rentals and minister). She is not only extremely dependable, responsive and kind, she also understands what a wedding should be about — the Bride and the Groom. She never imposes her ideas, but only works to perfect what the couple has in mind– asking if any changes are ok with us first. Oh, and when my florist flaked, Natalie and her team were able to make the loveliest arrangements — including my gorgeous bouquet, boutonnieres and the flower girl’s pomander ball.
Lastly, our day was definitely stressed filled and so much went terribly wrong because of our venues. The most awesome thing about Moonlight is that they quickly remedied every issue with our venues. My husband and I had ZERO clue & no complaints throughout the whole mess. We were made aware of the horrible details the day AFTER our wedding — after pulling the information from Natalie and my Maid of Honor =)
We know Natalie and her team went above and beyond our package. We are eternally grateful and we hope to have more events for them…
