We have been customers here since 2010, never had an issue with Diane and David, don’t know why they no longer work here. We paid our bill every month on time. Have paid $ 70 bucks a month for a mid sized storage, just was verbally told last month our annual contract was up and they were increasing up to $ 150 a month, I am appalled that my business is not appreciated. They could do slight increase but this is crazy! Owners are getting greedy and don’t care about loyal customers or even doing sliding scale increases. So now I have to move all out as they aren’t getting another dime from me! Beware… people store cars here and work on them, change oil, etc and there is a homeless lady that lives here too.
Shop around, do business with people that want your business!!!

I don’t know if the management changed, but I have had a complete different experience here. Vicky has been nothing but nice and accommodating. The price was the best around for storage and when my van broke down, renting a van was simple, fast and friendly. I whole heartedly recommend this storage facility for all you needs

Terrible customer service.
Came in to rent a U haul truck and Paige in front was so disinterested in helping. Not even a «I’ll be right with» you. Totally a DGAF attitude.
She spent 20 minutes on the phone while i waited barely acknowledging that there was a customer waiting.
Some other lady to the side was playing solitaire the whole time.

We rented a truck for two days and then tried to get a storage room and both days the lady showed up late and wasn’t that friendly. We waited over a hour and after the second time they were late again we left after 20 mins. And got a storage unit down the street. I will never go back there. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Their door hours say open at 9. the lady didn’t show up till 10 am. Also when we called Uhaul, who we originally booked with, they said their house posted to them was 930. Either way they didn’t show up on time. And maybe should figure out the hour situation. A guy who has a storage unit there say they just show up whenever they want. So if u want a dependable place to go this is not the place. I advise u move on.
