I have a few problems with these folks but tonight is it for me. Yes it was close to closing but I was there before closing. The counter had obviously just locked up early. I knocked on the window and pointed out that their store hours state close at 6 and it was not yet 6 but I was just given the head shake that had the look of «go away and don’t bother me». Well, I can assure you, I will be going out of my way to avoid this place. Just to to give you an idea, this will be time stamped before 6:12. Enough time to drive home and write this. Good Riddance.

Should be ZERO stars.
Beware these people run your card twice and then lie about refunding you.
Back on ¹⁰⁄₂₄ my husband picked up his dry cleaning and was double charged.
Since the matter was brought to the managers attention we were told we would be
refunded in 7 – 10 days (I guess the manager is too stupid to know that you can issue
a credit on the card machine) from their bank. Still have not received our refund.

I decided to try this dry cleaners because it is near the Sprouts I routinely go to. After I dropped a vintage Da Vinci shirt off here, I was a little worried when I read the review from several years ago someone else posted. I am happy to report, I picked up what was a crumpled up mess when I dropped it off to what looks like a brand new shirt! Excellent, excellent job!
I dropped off three Tommy Bahama silk shirts that all have some sort of stains. I have my fingers crossed that they will make them like new and help me get a pretty penny for them at my shop Bahama Jaxx or on Ebay.
The pricing is just right for the quality and service I have received so far.

If I could give negative stars, I would. After problems with their Torrance location two years ago, I decided to try it again. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES!
