We didn’t want to cook tonight and ordered for the 1st time from here. We ordered a Greek Salad, Garlic bread and La Gorgonzola Pizza. Our food arrived with in 30 minutes, hot and was delicious. We will definitely order from here again.

Didn’t feel like cooking food or leaving the house so I ordered delivery from here tonight. We ordered the family feast which consisted of a 2 liter of soda, a 16′ 2 topping pizza, lasagna, and a salad for 23 dollars, but 30 after delivery charge. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and kind. He said the food would take roughly 45 minutes but they brought it here in 20! I enjoy speedy service! The pizza was pretty good, nothing overly special but still tasty. The lasagna was also good, nothing to write home about but I still scraped my plate clean. The salad was amazing. Very tasty and full of lots of goodies. Overall, the food was good and the meal was a good deal. Nothing super crazy impressive but I would definitely eat here again if I wanted delivery!

We stopped in for lunch. The best chicken Marsala ever! Reasonable prices, wine Wednesday, ½ off. Will go back for lunch real soon.

I will never be back here. I’m Italian, and I take offense to this place being called Italian food. I’ve eaten their food twice. The first time was mediocre and I dined in, and it was ok enough to for me to try again. The second time I ordered my food to go. When I got it home, it was still frozen in the middle! Clearly they don’t make their food onsite and merely reheat it. When I called for a refund, they refused! Such horrible service.

We went to Taste of Italy recently and we had a decent experience. The drinks were good and we had the fried calamari and mozzarella sticks for appetizers which were good. Service was great! They kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I was really really disappointed about was my main dish. Two of us had veal and I doubt if it was actually veal. It was really tough and didn’t taste anything like it should. The cook was really nice and let us try the tiramisu. Everything else tasted great! But when you pay 25 – 30 $ a plate it’s a bummer when there is a significant mistake.

Loved this place. The service was amazing! The martinis selection was great and the drinks lived up to my expectations. Will definitely come back. Love their mushroom ravioli.

Came here with the wife for a quick drink at the bar. I had a tequila mule and my wife had the chocotini. Both were pretty good. We met some locals there who were hilarious and gave us the low down on the restaurant. They had nothing but good things to say about the restaurant and bar. Jose was the bartender and was very kind and served us well. We will definitely be back.

Came here for drinks this evening and the place looked super cozy. We bellied up to the bar and instantly greeted by Jose the bartender. We informed him we were strictly there for drinks. But we will definitely come back to try their food(as we were eyeing others plates-looks good). It’s a Friday night, and we got the opportunity to meet some really nice locals here. They gave us tips about the area, the Taste of Italy’s menu/drinks, when to go, and we had a great fun time talking story to them. We actually all left together haha. The drinks we had were the chocolatini and the tequila mule in a the typical copper cup. Very tasty. My hub told me if I don’t come home right away after work you know where I will be… at the Taste getting a drink. Haha! I’m already jealous I want to go back tomorrow! If you come starting this Saturday they are starting to have live music play on the patio. Jose said Wed is popular for half off bottles of wine. Angel is the resident bartender so maybe next time we go we can try his drinks and service too. Overall, we had a fun experience.

This used to be one of the best places for a drink in the area. Recently it has slid waaaaay down hill. They don’t keep the bar stocked properly. I will admit that the food is still very good(a little expensive, but quality). They are only surviving due to the hiring of a good bartender and quality waitress(the cute girl with curly hair).

I went here for lunch today. The server was incredibly helpful and attentive. The ambiance is timeless and they have a superb happy hour special. They also have a Mediterranean menu, so they can suit any palette. I will most definitely be back for a shawarma!

This is a great restaurant. My wife and I eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. We just had the Calmarri Diablo appetizer, Salmon Cuzcuz main dish and the Seafood Pasta with Pesto Alfredo Sauce. All were very well prepared and tasted fantastic. For desert we had a Chocolatetinni. It was a perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant. Very quite and peaceful.

The food was delicious, the service incredible. Would recommend. Suggest the Calamari Diabla and seafood pasta with spicy Arabiata(sp?) sauce.

Lousy service. Sort of a «take it or leave it» attitude. Prefer Tiramisu in La Mesa Village or Arrivederci just down the street in the Albertson’s center.

Hookah in Rancho other than Sheesha? And they have wine too? Yay! Only problem is A1& Oasis’ hookah is way better. But the fact that I can get dressed up in heels and all and sip on a glass of fine wine only minuets away from home makes this place a plus in my book. So if its the hookah you’re going for and you want to keep it casual, don’t come here. But if the thought of fine dining and a full bar with your hookah sounds appealing, this is the place. Can’t rate the food cause I didn’t order any. But what’s with switching over to Mediterranean food? Um we have TWO Sahara’s, Luna Grill & Ali Baba’s within 2 miles of each other. Wish they had just stuck to Italian food.

Wow… This place is more like«taste of elegance» from the moment we were greeted by a very nice host, Jose, to the chefs giving us a nice warm welcome… This place blew my mind. It’s a very nice quiet romantic spot for a couple or some friends. Not loud just the way I LOVE it. Everyone is super nice and friendly. We were able to see how they interact with their«regulars» and they are all family with one another. What a great environment. Now enough about the atmosphere… Everyone always wants to know how the food was. The food was very very very good. We ordered the Greek salad, chicken picata and then a slice of chocolate cake. Can I say how beautiful the salad tastes! You can taste all the flavors from their dressing to the cheese. The picata was phenomenal! The chicken was as juicy and tender as juicy and tender it gets. I only think super high class restaurants achieve this type of taste and the chefs know what they’re doing. You are able to choose the type of pasta you would like along with your dish; we chose angel hair and it was so moist and fresh. The cake was just toooooo good. We were pretty full but we said why not, let’s get desert. This place is amazing and I cannot wait till they open a Mediterranean side to their menu. The chef mentioned less than a couple of weeks. We will soon be going there to see what they will add!!! They also do take out and have cappuccinos, pizza, all the works! Amazing atmosphere, good people, delicious food. God bless em and keep it up!

I came with a group of 8 and was seated right away. The server was super nice, and took our drink orders, apps, and entrée orders in a timely manner! For appetizers, we got sauteed mushrooms, italian chips, and calamari diablo. The sauteed mushrooms were basically mushrooms with alfredo sauce. The Italian chips were like garlic fries with chips instead. It was served with an alfredo pesto dipping sauce which was delicious. And the Calamari diablo was calamari with chopped jalapenos mixed in.OK. For entrees, mostly everyone got pastas, except for one GIANT calzone – like bigger than your face and hands together! The pasta dishes were ok. not WOW and not«I’m NOT eating this».it was just okay. I got an Antipasta Salad too. The dressing was great with the cheese. I thought a spring mix lettuce was kind of strange, but i was so hungry. Did not care for the deli-style meats slapped on top. Overall, I felt like this was not an authentic Italian restaurant and the menu was all over the place. If I lived near by, I would probably give this place another try. There were hookahs outside on the patio, so it felt a little out of place.
