Ordered a pizza last week and it was terrible. Almost no cheese on the pizza and crust was very soggy. It had no taste at all. Will not go back.

I don’t know how this place has so many unfavorable reviews. I love the pizza here and the fries are a-maz-ing. I will admit that my love for Mr Pizza Slice is tied to childhood nostalgia, as I have been coming here for thirty years. Love the crust, love the sauce, love everything.

friendly people working the counter but the pizza tastes terrible, the burgers and fries are about what you’d expect from a high school cafeteria in the 80s

classic downtown pizza place, nice thin crust pie, fresh out of the oven with your choice of toppings in about 10 minutes! Good prices. I understand it is recently under new ownership, guy who owns it now is really nice.

Horrible slices. Paper thin and cheese just dropped off. Grease dripping down your arm.

Was visiting the area for the arcade down the street. Stopped in for a few slices each but he suggested a whole pie instead. Horrible pizza. Thin and runny sauce. We tossed the whole thing, skip this place.

$ 2.50 for a slice, they used to be bigger. Nice crispy thin crust and an original Ms. Pac Man in the back. Guys at the counter are definitely brusque. There’s better pizza at the shore no doubt; I just don’t think it’s in Red Bank.

This is an old school style pizza joint. If you like paneling on your walls this place is for you. Very no frills interior but surprisingly clean. Staff is friendly. Prices seemed high to me. A slice is $ 2.50 and a cheesesteak sandwich is $ 8.00 but not very big. Had the fish sandwich and potato fries which was $ 4.50 and $ 3.50 respectfully. The fish sandwich is the same size as the cheesesteak sandwich. The fish sandwich is some kind of white fish(probably flounder or fluke) and is fried. Potato fries are flat and round. Overall it tasted good. Didn’t have the pizza nor don’t know the size of them so maybe if the slice is huge it maybe worth the higher price.

Memories, that’s what Mr. Pizza Slice has for me. I went to RBC, and we would sneak off campus at lunch for a hot slice and a plate of round fries. Oh yes, the round fries — heavenly memories. I returned here with my teenager this summer. I raved abut the authentic Mr. pizza slice, and insisted he needed to try the authentic jersey shore pizza experience! Nothing changed(except me). It’s a rude experience, as you stand at the counter and wonder if the man behind the counter news you’re there(he does). You better know what you want — and speak up. Find a table, and clean it off. The slice was marginal, but the fries just as wonderful as I remembered! My son wasn’t impressed with the cardboard slice, but loved the crispy coin fries. 2 slices, 2 fries and 2 cokes = $ 20, served with a bunch of grumpy regardless if ordered! Go for the fries!

Solid 4 Stars. Been coming here for years. Some of my first memories were eating a few bites of their good pizza and large hot dogs. I go with two slices and a hot dog when I am in town. My favorite pizza in the area is Pete and Elda’s in Eatontown. Followed by Federic’s in Freehold.

It is the pizza slice against which others should be measured. Worth a special trip. Crowded and small but the pizza is great!

I’ve been going to Mr. Pizza Slice since I was a child. The pizza is incredibly tasty and the crust perfectly crisp. If you are looking for the best thin crust, this is the place!

Worst two slices of pizza that I have ever eaten. Terrible sauce and cheese. The crust was nice and thin but horribly burned.
