I’m usually a fan of Pizza Hut but this location is by far the worst experience I had. I gave them a few chance because I thought maybe it was a busy day, but every time they just failed to satisfy. After a few problems I spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude and lied about being the one to take my order. I would not recommend it for anyone.

I rarely give 1 star reviews — but the pizza here is blargh. I’m just not sure how they prepare the dough, but it feels really heavy, and has a strange taste. The wings though are not the worst, and hence are worthy enough to write a 1 star review for.

We have had consistently bad experiences with this pizza Hut location. The last straw was waiting an hour and a half for pizza only to call them and have them lie and say they«tried to deliver» and our order was cancelled. They need more staff and better customer service.

They were out of the garlic knot pizza the last few times we tried to order it. How can they be out? That’s what I’d like to ask them. Finally today, they had some, but the guy who took my order on the phone seemed very bored, or maybe just very high. He seemed to just want to get me off the phone as soon as possible, and had the most monotone voice, as if he couldn’t care less. I don’t like their pizza but my husband really wanted to try the new pizza, so I ordered it. I ordered a soda with it, and he charged me. However, when my husband went to go pick the order up, he didn’t know about the soda. The stoner didn’t tell him, and the receipt isn’t itemized because Pizza Hut is crap, so my husband couldn’t see from the receipt that he was missing an item. It’s the cashiers job to tell him to pick the sofa up in the way out!!! We didn’t go back because it was too much of a hassle, as my husband was too tired and I wasnt feeling well, so we were charged for a soda we didn’t get. Another strike against them is when my husband asked for ranch. Instead of giving him some dip like any normal, decent company, they give him a small packet of ranch mix. You tell me what we are supposed to do with that?!? I was also disappointed with the boneless wings. I did ask for medium buffalo sauce, but it’s like they just drizzled the sauce over the wings. Just a little amount. I like the wings that are cooked in the sauce or dipped into the sauce before serving, so they are drenched, not just barely covered with a weak amount of sauce. I’m really surprised these guys haven’t gone out of business. Their pizza is crappy, their employees don’t care about their job, and they skimp out on wing sauce and don’t have proper ranch. I’m glad my husband got his fix of the flavorless garlic knots, so we don’t have to come back again, ever.

I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and had them delivered to my salon. I was really pleased to see how fast they were delivered, it was within 15 minutes. Much faster than Jimmy Johns. The delivery driver was extremely polite. Usually ordering wings from a pizza place you’re under the impression that they aren’t going to be top quality but these were absolutely delicious! Very happy!

Sad customer service. I hate giving bad reviews but this place is pretty bad — not enough staff and manager wouldn’t even come chat with me when I wanted to know why service was so slow.(Friday night, pizza promised at 6 but still not at ready at 630p — it was a pick up order). Pretty sad and I witnessed customers walking out because they were told«10 more minutes» and again told«10 more minutes» 20 minutes later. Frustrating.

Don’t bother ordering your pizza on a Friday or Saturday night, because it will be 15 — 30 minutes late, and that’s for TAKEOUT! I have ordered from this location often, because I work in the same strip-mall. One Friday night they were so busy, so backed up that they gave us our pizzas undercooked. We had to zap them in the microwave to be fully cooked. Tell the owner to hire the extra weekend night help that they truly need.

To my surprise, when I ordered pizza, the website said 2 hours and 10 minutes for a wait. WHAT!!! I called them to check to see if this was an error and it was explained to me that due to the local playoff game(… which was yesterday) they dont have enough capacity to handle business. Not a good excuse, especially since it was not accurate. My family decided to wait out the 2 hours because we really like Pizza Hut pizza. The pizza finally arrived after 2 hours and 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. What is this business doing?!

You open the door, you get in, and the store is empty. There is literally no one available to help you. Had to wait around 10 minutes when I finally saw someone. I had to shout«heyy» and finally someone came to help me. Just needed a personal pizza with some bread sticks. The guy told me that it should be ready in 15 minutes so I waited in the store. Waited and waited and finally after 30 minutes, I finally got my lunch. YOUBETAKINGHALFHOURFOR A F***INGPERSONALPIZZA. The personal was actually pretty personal. It was pretty tiny and not even worth the $ 4 I paid for it. The bread sticks were pretty good, but the sauce tasted pretty bad and it was COLD. For the price of $ 4.25, 5 bread sticks is kind of expensive. I recommend the store to get a simple bell so customers don’t have to wait until someone decides to come out.

So bummed! My brother and I ordered here tonight because we were trying to switch things up from our usual Domino’s pizza. We ordered«extra sauce.» When ordered online, there’s actually a special message that pops up that tells you they are definitely capable of adding extra sauce – so no worries! First pizza comes – no sauce. Dry, actually. We chalk it up to 9:30PM ordering. But. it is kind of hard to swallow, so my brother calls before the driver gets back in his car. The employee at Pizza hut says it will be an hour and a half before we can get another pizza. Okay, cool. We really want pizza. Second pizza shows up a little before 11. No sauce. I posted pics. It’s weird. They must be low on sauce – that’s the only excuse I can make for them. We won’t order from here again.

Just like many of the other reviewers I had a fairly bad experience as well. I am new to the area and happened to see the store while craving pizza, so I stopped in and ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings. There were local coupons that they of course didn’t tell me about(found out afterwards), they made my pizza wrong(wrong crust type), and it tasted like they drowned it in parmesan cheese, which I don’t like. They won’t be getting my business again…

Pizza Hut has lost our business due to this location and this location alone. We have lived in the Redmond area for 4 years and ordered a max of 7 times. This location has managed to mess up our order EVERY single time and deliver late. We have complained every time via Internet feedback as well as to the store manager, each time promised a credit of $ 10 – 15. Never has this store honored or added the credit to our account! As of tonight we ordered a large single topping pizza and BONEOUT wings, after another late delivery we noticed the wings were BONEIN, and missing sauces. We notified the store and opted for a replacement order vs the«imaginary» credit, and were told the order would arrive in 30 mins. Waiting 45 mins for the replacement order we called to cancel the order as well as the drivers tip. This resulted in 3 phone calls from the store trying to push the replacement wings on us and regain the driver’s tip. We should not have to say NO, it’s cancelled more than once! Please do not use this store location unless you intend to be disappointed and out hard earned money.

I placed an order online only to receive a call telling me they were out of dinner boxes. I asked how much two medium pizzas would be(the size in a dinner box). I was told it would be over $ 20.00. So I would have to pay the same price to get two pizzas(the boxes have a medium pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks) because they are out of boxes? As soon as I said that didn’t make sense, I was hung up on.

Lazy, lazy and more lazy! I was in the store for 10 mins and nobody was around! Their phone was ringing and i saw a guy in the back i waved said hello multiple times! No one came so i left horrible service
