Beach Bodyworks...The Healing Spa

This review is overdue.
I want to first off thank Cindy for her positive energy, kindness, and the great service she provides with her holistic approach.
I came to Beach Bodyworks not to lose weight, but to detox and reset my system. I do not diet as I need all the caloric intake I can get to lift heavy with my crossfit routine. Not to mention, I do not cook, so I tend to eat out too much and with that comes the consumption of over processed foods and I have a huge sweet tooth.
It was my birthday week and I just felt in the slumps from eating out too much and summer adult beverage consumption. I found Cindy on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I’m not a big believer in wraps, but a lot of friends tend to rave about it. I wasn’t looking to lose weight, but to rid my body of toxins. After visiting her website, her services seem to fit my needs.
The day after the wrap at my birthday party. I did not notice much of a difference, but my boyfriend and one of my closest friends said to me I looked amazing and whatever I was doing in my workout routine was working. My boyfriend is very pessimistic so to even get a positive review and to even notice a change is a miracle!
Not only, will you see results externally, the wraps work internally to reset your immune system. Months later I did a wrap because I had laryngitis and I was recovering from a fever. I felt very week and was about to cancel my appointment until Cindy suggested that I do the infrared wrap as it might help to break my fever and rid my throat of the viral infection. I can’t believe it, but the scratchiness that I had from laryngitis did go away, and my voice was fully recovered 2 days later. My spirits and energy also came back up.
I know I said a lot, but the point is, her holistic approach works! Thanks Cindy!

I started coming here around ²⁰⁰⁹⁄₂₀₁₀. This is the best place I’ve ever had a body wrap at.
Other body wrap places I’ve been to in the past use loose blankets with seaweed/​mud and there are not big results from that. Then there are those that use the bandages soaked in minerals which help somewhat, but not for long. Cindy’s come in many levels, and they work great!
I’ve been to Cindy close to a dozen times since I started going to her. It’s always good to get at least 2 wraps a year, but in recent years I’ve been going a lot less and then it hurts me to do that because of all the toxic build-​up my body gets with living in Los Angeles.
Every time I get a wrap, I see results instantly, and the wrap and the solution she uses continues to work for up to 3 weeks to a month, so there’s a continuous slimming/​detox going on. I usually lose 20 – 25 pounds after I get a wrap done as the solution continues to help slim/​shed pounds. When I go in my home sauna at home, I see even better results after I have the wrap as compared to when I haven’t had one in months, then my sauna doesn’t work as effectively.
Cindy also reads energy and has read mine from time to time.

Been going to Beach Bodyworks for over three years, a couple of times of year for detox and immediate body slimming results. Also known as the hollywood body wrap, you feel skinnier, healthier, energized and fantastic after the treatment. Visiting the spa is definitely a blessing when you come down with a cold/​flu (i don’t take the flu shot), after a treatment, I am back to being healthy. It is worth the price and I am a vocal advocate for the techniques used at Beach Bodyworks.
