Completely messed up my husbands hair! They charged $ 20 and did nothing. This is such a rip off and not ok to have stylist that are still learning to cut hair. My husband will never be going back. Had to pay another 15 somewhere else to fix it

18 bucks for a crap hair cut. This place is a joke. Came here to get my nephew and my husband’s hair cut and these stylist appeared as though they are still beauty school students. Since my nephews hair is curly it requires a little different technique to ensure it is even around. All we wanted was a very simple even scissor cut and everyone was struggling. They were cutting his hair dry!!! Who does that?! The staff made it even more awkward changing him to a different stylist without us asking. They really need to listen to what the client is asking for instead of just going on a tangent cutting hair anyway they see fit. It’s really a gamble on how your hair will turn out. Very inconsistent. You are stuck with whatever they give you… You certainly can’t «undo» a hair cut. I would recommended going to a different place. There are plenty of other supercuts and fantastic sams in the area. Never coming here again. Run far away from here.

I come here strictly for my 4 year old sons haircut to see Maritza. She is always so kind and patient with him. Even offering him her own phone for entertainment. She chats with him and makes him feel comfortable and obviously does a great job with his cut every time. I won’t see anyone else but Maritza, she’s great!

I just got my sons curly thick hair cut by Maritza she was amazing. She was so good with him no tears until the very end. She listned to what I wanted. She is very talented! Even with my 2 year old squirming around. The place is very clean and professional. Definently coming back.

Hadn’t been to Supercuts in years but needed a trim(well, OK more like a cut) and was nervous cuz I’m used to going to a salon and getting the works. Got there about a half hour after opening and there was 1 guy getting a cut. There was another(2nd) stylist in the back… I could see her(stocking?). I waited another 10 mins or so until the 2nd stylist called me over. No big deal. She shows me over to her chair and I look down… the floor at my feet is covered in hair. Lots and lots of it. Like big clumps. Gross but I ignored it. I explained what I wanted – maybe over explained a little but like I said I was nervous. She gave me a look and basically told me I was overthinking it. Ummmm. WTF. So right there I’m thinking this is not going well. Anyway I opted for the shampoo and cut for $ 21. No blow dry as I can do it myself at home. Turns out after that rough beginning things went smoothly. While getting the shampoo, stylist #1 had swept the floors thank goodness and stylist #2 was actually really nice after that rough intro and she did a great job. I was really happy with my cut. Overall, Supercuts is an awesome value and had it not been for the hair on the floor and mini look situation, I would’ve given 4 stars easily and I’d definitely come back.

Got my hair trimmed today. Got there at 9am sharp, two men were out side the door waiting for the store to open. Went in side another gentlemen came in, it might just be a fluke but I was the only woman in there getting a hair cut. The wait was long because someone was running late. Anyways, my experience wasn’t bad. Yvonne that cut my hair was very nice. This is not my first choice when getting a hair cut, but will do for a trim when I’m broke.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about but based on my experience I really have no complaints. I walked in after work without an appointment, was called immediately to a chair and was out about 20 mins later. Loved my hair cut. I got a trim and I paid and left. What more do you need?

I came here to get my u-part wig cut with long layers but was turned away. The woman at the front desk told me they don’t cut extensions because it’s a liability. They’ll take the risk of emotionally damaging someone if they mess up their real hair but won’t take on the monetary risk of cutting extensions. I don’t get it. All that says to me is they don’t have faith in their own ability to cut hair.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life. The asian lady with streaks in her hair freakin sucks. She couldn’t even get the sides even. She needs a damn lasik surgery.

Not as clean as other supercuts but hair gets everywhere, does it really matter?

I been to location five times because it’s near my house. Unfortunately all five times I walked out thinking«I need to find a new location» The service was good, but the ultimate goal was not. I am a simple guy that has a simple hair cut. I don’t ask for miracles, but please pay attention when the customer tells you what kind of hair style they want. All five times I ask for the same haircut and nobody got it right! I gave them FIVE chances and they sucked!!!

This place should love me. At the rate my hair seems to be thinning, their job just gets easier and easier each visit. I’m not big on posh, modern, over-priced hair salons. I’m also not a fan of the hole-in-the-wall barbershops that«grandpa» goes to. So Supercuts is my usual choice when it’s time to get my haircut. The people here are pretty friendly. The quality of haircuts can be hit-or-miss. Obviously, some stylists are better than others. My suggestion is to ask for either Angel or Ana. I’ve had both of them cut my hair in the past and they consistently do a good job. You’ll notice that many people who come in will request Angel or Ana by name, and sometimes endure an extra long wait just to get them. I’ve also had them do a few«Color Camos» on me. Basically to blend away the gray. They turned out great, but it’s so embarrasing… I’ve had a serious amount of gray hair going on since my mid 20’s.(I figure I’ll be looking like Anderson Cooper any day now.) There’s a huge parking lot nearby since it’s located in the same vicinity of a Vons, PetCo, and various eateries. Parking should never be a problem. I would like to rate them higher, mainly due to some of the cool people who work there. But as I stated before, haircuts are often hit-or-miss. And I’ve had a few too many that landed on the«miss» side. With that said, it’s still my usual place for a haircut. I’ve just learned to be more selective on who specifically cuts my hair…(or whats left of it) Tips: – Call ahead. Find out how long the wait time is. Sometimes the place can get busy. Calling ahead will allow you to put your name on the list ahead of time, and thus, reduce your wait time when you get there.
