Came here to get some new shoes for my little sister. It gets a little crowded especially during back to school time. Getting someones attention might be hard depending how pack they are, but the staff is always nice. Didn’t have my little’s sister size but they check online and nearby stores to see if they had them. Very generous of them even when they had a lot of people in the store, showed that they really care about their customers!

Very helpful, they immediately ask if you need help, the only thing is that they made a mistake and gave me 2 left shoes and a day before i was headed to vegas i noticed lol but mistakes happen

i walked right into this store, wasnt busy at all… had two employees look at me and didnt even decide to greet me or acknowledge me. they were sure as hell lucky i had to buy a handbag for my friends bday or else i wouldve just left. im more shocked at the manager’s customer service skills… I and i mean I SAIDHELLO to her first. she just said hi and she was the only one at the register yet she decided to call an associate to ring me upinstead. ill continue to go to the del amo location because i know i wouldnt feel guilty spending my money there since ill be more appreciated.

I love vans but i hate this store its always cycling out employees n its no wonder they’re horrible! Please donot try and shop here on a weekend unless you want to be mobbed by teenie boppers n loud obnoxious kids! Please vans upgrade your customer service then maybe, just maybe you’ll make a buck at this store.
