Will discontinue this service. They gave us the wrong pair of pants. This is the second time this has happened and when I called them they said they were following up. I had to call back twice. I asked their manager to call again no response. I asked for a refund on the pants. Woman said she’d tell manager. Again no response. I’ve emailed. No response. Plus I still don’t have my pants 4 mos later and I have someone else’s pants which they never picked up! As I said this has happened more than once! So bad service and bad management.

I used them before and they were better back then. I recently used the service again and it was absolutely terrible. My clothes completely stank and smelled really badly after they returned them. They were filthy, full of lint and hairs and emitted a very foul odor. It didn’t even smell like chemicals, but more like sweat or dirty laundry. I had to redo my dry cleaning elsewhere. Avoid like the plague.

We have been using this service for 4 years+, and I can say that this is by far the most dependable service of any kind that I use. Not once have we had an issue with lost or damaged clothing, and not once have they missed the agreed upon delivery time. At one point, they changed ownership, I believe, but the service did not miss a beat. For busy people, this is a great way to skip the hassle of trips for drop off and pick up at a dry cleaner, and the prices are virtually the same. I strong recommend them.

This service is personalized and dependable (arrives on time, follows instructions for pick-​up and delivery to a tee) and does a fantastic job. Recently they got horrible grease stains off my new Burberry jacket. Everything arrives *without* that dry clean smell. It is practical (pick-​up and drop-​off) and worth the price for service and quailty.
