i’ve had great experiences with domino’s elsewhere, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. expect 1.5h delivery times and no one on the other end of the phone to let you know what’s going on. there are a lot of great pizza options at a similar price and if you’re going to wait over an hour anyway, just order from somewhere else through doordash.

The new sales pitch come on these days is free pizza delivered to your door if you watch a sales seminar on line.
OK, I’ll bite.
Done a couple before and free pizza is free pizza.
I get a call @ 1 asking me why I didn’t pick up my pizza, but the accent was out of a bad Bangalore call center.
I truly could not understand what he was saying, but I did manage to make out Domino’s and it clicked as to why there was no pizza.
They completely fucked up thinking it was for pickup.
You got to ask how in the name Gandhi can a pizza joint located in the barrio have an Indian that can’t speak proper English running the joint.
I mean National Lampoon couldn’t have written a more bizarre scenario.

It’s a cheap chain pizza company people!!! What do you expect??? You can’t get 5 star out of a 3 star establishment!
As far as quality– it was hot when it arrived and it tasted like dominoes pizza tastes… Not a bad experience in one bit!

Don’t waste your evening or your money. A bunch of slack-​jawed malcontents doing half-​assed work. Our pizza arrived looking like dogs had been at it. Give your money to Amici’s or Pizza Hut or just flush it before you give it to this place.

Unreliable delivery, and customer service is abysmal. Pizza was more than half an hour late and luke-​warm. After much debate on the phone we were supposed to receive the current order half off and credit for a free pizza in the future.
When we tried to redeem that credit a week later, they had nothing on their record and refused to give us the free pizza. But it gets MUCH worse: Not only had they charged our credit card the FULL price of the overdue order, they had charched us the full price plus another random 21 dollars. When we called and complained they said they’d reimburse us. They never did. Now, a month later, they still owe us 37 dollars and a big apology.
Tastewise, the pizza was okay. But this branch deserves to be sued for the way they treat customers.

The other one star reviews pretty much sum up my bad experience as well. I ordered pizza online at 6:07pm. Estimated time was 30−60min. I called at 6:55 to know the status of the delivery and the person said it was on its way. It was an hour and half and now I was frustrated. I called again and the person on the line was rude, told me to calm down, was unapologetic, gave me an excuse that he had one driver, and was quick to suggest canceling my order. To top it off, he was the Store Manager. It was awful customer service I received from Carlos, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had the wonderous task of ordering pizza for our company. Odered 4 pizzas at 5:03 p.m. The rude guy on the phone said it would get there in 40 – 55 minutes. Cold pizzas arrived at 6:30 p.m. When I called to complain, they hung up on me mid sentence. So, yeah, no.

We got a pizza from this Domino’s this evening. All I can say about the rating is that I gave it one star because they wouldn’t accept the review if I left it blank. It doesn’t deserve even one star. Well, the mushrooms on it were worth one star or more (I pulled a couple off and ate them), but the pizza would make you gag.
OK, so my son picked up the pizza and cheesy bread and brought it home. I will say the cheesy bread was pretty darned good. Way good. BUT, the pizza was raw in the middle. I mean, it was not cooked in the middle. It was horrible. The pizza was so raw my son took it back. He called ahead to let them know so they could make another pizza. NOT a good idea.
When he brought the new pizza home and opened the box, my first words were, «OMG, it’s burnt and looks like someone threw up sauce on it. Take it back.» We all got a good laugh and decided to brave a slice. I took one bite and put the slice back. I mean, come on Domino’s, seriously?
This was perhaps THE WORST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD!!! The sauce really was thrown all over the pizza and all around the side of the box. It was horrible. The crust was WAAAY too brown, just short of black. It was disgusting looking and the taste was no better. God knows what that guy may have done to it.
My son said the guy was not happy that he had to do another pizza and argued with him about whether the one he returned was done or not. I mean, come on, it was clearly raw in the middle. The guy was so bad when my son took the pizza back we decided to just throw the replacement pizza away and forget about it.
My advice to anyone finding themselves anywhere near this Domino’s is to RUN, RUN LIKE THE WIND in the other direction. Clearly, if this guy was any indication, they don’t care one bit about the quality of their pizzas or the customers.

I’ve ordered delivery from here to a menlo location several time before, this most recent being the quickest at 6:00pm on a Tuesday night. The pizza usually takes (30mins-​60mins, sometimes longer) which what is quoted online. Pizza is as advertised. I then jumped on Unilocal to double check there reviews and I was a little grossed out from a review here with a picture of a earring in the pizza,

Much to my hesitation. My husband convinced me that we should try Dominoes– given its Halloween and Friday– busy pizza night– I agreed.
Ordered online– was pretty easy.
Pizza arrived on time. So far so good… Until my mother found a silver ball post earring.
Called to report– and now my husband was asked to drop it off. Really???
C’mon. That’s why Dominoes has a bad rap.
I gave it a chance… It will be a long time before I reconsider.

Can I give no stars?!. I called at 11:15 AM assuming by noon I would revive my pizza. I got my pizza at 3PM. 3 hours and 45 min for a six block away delivery. I called 3 times and the girl who answered was so rude I finally asked for my money back. She told me I wasn’t the only person they served. I can’t believe this place is even in business. And the pizza was cold and disgusting.

The web site was terrible it tried to double order everything kept erroring out barely worked. Why would anyone use this service? another reason not to use this service. I am sorry I did. A company that does not care. Maybe Unilocal will sensor this like they did my last. I forgot freedom of speech is now gone.

They need to have no star I never got my food I ordered 4 hours ago and still never got it… Don’t order from them !!! Worst place ever

Contrary on the other reviews, my experience here was peachy keen. Put in an order for a pickup, arrived at the time they said my pizza would be ready and chowed down on some bomb ass pizza… life is great right now.

The worst pizza! It was the smallest ex-​large pizza offered. I’m 1.7 miles from their store. This pizza was cold and the cheese was hard. I called the store and their response was «Oh, well!» I was shocked…

If you suffer from constipation then this place is a cure!
My girlfriend and I ordered from this Redwood City Domino’s and man, the sh! te flowed like the Nile the next day!
This place is a biblical fail! Hunger tastes better.
Never eating from Domino’s again.

I used to be a big fan of Dominoes ordering a pizza almost every week. I even have my own Dominoes pizza carrier given to me by a store I frequented. That was until I moved to Menlo Park and started using the 5^th Avenue store in Redwood City. Over the last 10 years the quality of the pizza from this store has gone from poor to bad to inedible!
The last pizza I ordered was the standard large pepperoni on regular crust with extra sauce. First there was almost no pepperoni on the pizza. Under that there was very little cheese. As for my ordering extra sauce forget it there was almost no sauce. The crust was hard as a rock. I think the lack of toppings caused the crust to get over cooked. Terrible pizza. You might say this was an isolated incident but it wasn’t. The last 3 pizzas I ordered here were nearly as bad. I reported my complaints using their online comment form each time but I’m sure nobody reads them.
Judging by the large number of 1-​star reviews I see that I am not alone. I hope someone from Dominoes Corporate steps in and makes this place clean up it’s act.

This location not for seat in. TAKE OUT or Delivery.
Pizza is acceptable quality, and cheap. If you want slight more quality pizza, try out the Round Table Pizza in San Carlos branch.
The only complaint I have is their service is SLOW. I order and request for pick up. They told me 15 mins will be ready for pick up. When I arrive to pick up, I saw they just start preparing my pizza, and inform me 5 mins. Total time is 30 mins from the time of order. I guess if pick up take so long, then delivery will be longer wait time!
when I ask for Red Pepper, the lady gave me 2 packs for a Extra Large Pizza. The I ask for more, I got another 2 packs… I have to ask for MORE!!! Then only she gave me a few more pack. Why they have to be so Stingy? Other Pizza will let you help your self with the amount you need.
Next time I will go back to Round Table pizza.
