We just celebrated two birthdays there. the pizzas were decent and the service was great. Our host took care of our group. the staff was professional and courteous. The games were fun for both the 8 year olds and the 5 year olds. the place was also clean and orderly… we had our bday celebration at 11am. good value.

My son loves this place — the staff are very helpful and patient. I haven’t tried the food but it seems fairly popular. My only reason for dropping a star is the prizes — they are super cheap and every toy my son has won for 1500 tokens and above has broken on opening.

Came to chunke cheese today with my daughter and it smelled like arm pit in there. I was there for about 1hr. Took my daughter to change her tickets and I noticed the manager was the one that smelled like arm pits I was really disgusted I left right away

Came around early lunchtime on a Sunday in July. Surprisingly, it was pretty empty. Workers were available, and not terribly busy. Pizza was pretty good. The games were pretty fun, although a good third of them had«issues,» ie they ate your token, or didn’t work well, or didn’t dispense tickets properly. The little prize area where you redeem tickets is kinda a joke… the prizes are pretty weak, but overall, still fun to earn tickets and try to buy a little plastic trinket. Overall, a fun time for the kids.

We love to come here Friday night so the kids can play the video games. The food is not bad. It is clean and Manny the manager is a cool guy. He talks to you and he knows the business. Do not forget to use the coupons.

The kiddos had fun and the games we’re all up and working how rare is that?! The 3 stars are because apparently there was a problem at the registers and the lady who said she’s the manager(an African American young lady) was yelling at the customer. The customer was clearly confused as to why the situation had escalated and was shaking her head saying I don’t understand. The manager kept yelling that she had 3 stars on Unilocal and that«people were just crazy». There were children present including my own kids(I was waiting in line to purchase a toy) and so I left it there and walked out. Management at this location: you should attend a customer service seminar or find another job where you are not dealing with people.

We used to love coming here. It was pretty decent compared to other locations and it’s close to home. We even had my daughters 4th bday here and had exceptional service from the staff. Today was different. We came as per our daughters request. Stood in line and waited for the person in front of us to finish her transaction. The person walks away and I lock eyes with the person at the register(I believe her name is Ashley) who looked extremely confused as to what she just did with the transaction. Mind you she continuously played with her tongue ring. She then proceeds to walkie her manager and starts explaining to him out loud that she just F*cked up and that SH*T happens. I was appalled! She obviously didn’t care that my daughter along with others can clearly hear her vulgar language. I could not believe it! She must’ve repeated those words 5 – 6 times and thought nothing of it. She definitely belongs in a liquor store or a bar of some sort instead of Chuck e cheese! Total white trash. How disgusting! To add salt to the wound, we waited 45 minutes for our order to arrive and almost all machines were broken. I know this isn’t Disneyland but get it together people!

Best easter ever! This was the first time I was there for easter this year and it was fantastic. They had a chuckee dance session with the kids followed by a Easter egg hunt. The manager/owner had clear instructions and all the employees followed it perfectly. With 150 eggs for the ~70−80 kids to find, my only disappointment was when parents started gathering eggs instead of the kids when their were clear instructions it was for kids only. I wish there was a 1 egg per kid limit so smaller kids have a chance. Lots of kids ended up with no eggs to find. With a 10yr old vs a 3 yr old looking for eggs, it’s hard to see so many disappointed toddlers. The saving grace was that the manager/owner and her staff took care of those who didn’t get eggs.

This Chuck E Cheese is seriously hit and miss. I have a toddler, and sometimes you gotta get out of the house. We don’t eat here, we just play the games. The first time we visited was early on a weekday. The place was deserted but the employees were SONICE. If it wasn’t for that first visit, we might never have come back. They explained the whole hand-imprinting procedure and showed me where to buy tokens, etc. At the end of the tokens, my son had earned a whole 19 tickets, which was enough for 1.9 pieces of candy, but they kindly gave him two. That was great. Contrast with our worst visit ever. The place was busy, but not packed. About a third of the machines were broken(not working at all), and another third of the remaining ones were displaying«out of ticket» errors. There was food all over the floor and the handles on the machines were greasy. Two of the ticket eating machines were out of paper or broken, so there was a line for the two left. There was one young man who was running straight from fixing one thing to another, and in theory he was also serving the ticket redemption counter. We waited about 20 minutes to redeem tickets. When I went to leave, one of the two doors to the outside was locked, which was a fire hazard(I let the girl at the door know). Frosting on the cake was a person smoking drugs on the curb in front of the place. Not cool. Yet we were back a week later, and the place was in top form. I also observed that the owner was there, working on his computer in the dining area.(I asked one of the employees if he was the manager, thinking I’d report on my last visit, and she corrected me.) So when the boss is in town, this place is fine. When not, it’s hit and miss.

The only thing I enjoy about this place is the skee ball and the few video games available in here. The food is horrid and that’s because I’m a food snob. But this place wasn’t created for food snobs– it is for the kids. Upon walking in, you get this whiff of cheese and stinky feet– ugh. They should have Febreeze machines every few feet that automatically go off every 30 min or so. So glad our kids are way grown out of the Chuck E Cheese phase…

I am not a big fan of Chuck e cheese since the structures get cleaned I don’t know how often, but I do bring my kids(painfully) about once a year since they beg me to do so. The coins are a not expensive but you can get a great deal if you look for coupons on line. The tables are sometimes duty and hard to find a seat. The bathroom is usually a mess if you go late during the day. Safe for the kids since they stamp and check every adult and child before entrance /exit.

American food: pizzas, chicken wings, garlic cheese bread etc. Only fat food… It was good! But mega fat :) Place: nice, but too noisy and dirty… we had to yell to hear each other. We found it quite dirty. I know it is because it is a combination of greasy food + kids… but still. they could have a crew dedicated on cleaning more frequently: tables, chairs… Our table and seats were disgusting… There was food on the baby high chair… The belt on the high chair was broken… This place has everything to be fun and nice. just a little more effort on the cleanliness will already help a lot. People: most people are nice. but some are dumb… They leave their kids scream as hell, run, bumped into others… Luckily it is a minority, but still enough to be annoying. Otherwise it is a fun place for little kids.

I love this place. THis is the only place now that malibu is gone to really have kid type fun around this town. CHuck e cheese doesn’t let down. They need to fix some of the games more often but hell its the only place for video games around here. I tried the pizza, not a big fan. Salad bar ah its alright, the beer is pretty good tho. WHen the kids are like I wanna go to chuck e cheese I am like hell yeah cuz I wanna go toooo. All the video games are only a quarter too soo not baaaaad. I am all about the games but if you have a kid and your out of quarters you can have em play in the play area for free. Theres a great huge play area. Sometimes the electricity goes out at this location which is interesting but they make sure to make up for it with there great customer service. The dessert pizza is actually pretty good. Me an this guy had a shoot off at the basketball game, yeah I won. They have these cool photos where you can get your pic taken too

Goddamn Disney. Just once or twice a day we let The Girls watch the Disney Junior channel(be it Octonauts or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), and while they are mostly commercial free, once in a great while they throw in a ‘Chuck E Cheese is a proud sponsor of the Disney Channel’ and them I’m stuck with The Girls saying ‘Daddy I wanna go to Chuck E Cheese, puhhlleeeezzzz??‘ It’s never a problem when The Wife is around because that would be an outrage to her nutritious sensibilities, but occasionally when the weather is bad and she is either traveling or doing some kind of Ladies Day, I’m stuck with the Sophie’s Choice of Allowing My Girls to Have A Fun Time with The Games While Poisoning Them or Stay At Home And Listen To Them Ask For Another TV Show, and I cave in and prepare for the inevitable Stern Look From The Wife. So we go to Chuck E Cheese and I get the 40 tokens and pizza, if that is the proper word for the reconstituted wood and ersatz diary product they serve, and I take The Girls from ride to ride explaining how each of them doesn’t work, but we can try this one if you want. Somehow the 40 tokens disappear and are replaced with almost 50 tickets that we bring to the shop for those fabulous prizes that only need $ 3.95, each, in addition to the 50 tickets. To be fair, the staff has always been nice to the Girls and I’ve never had to wait very long for the ‘food’ to show up at the table. I know it’s me, but I can’t help but let The Girls have a good time, and then explain to The Wife that she was gone and it’s okay to graze with the herd, if only once in a while. Goddamn Disney.
