I give these 5 stars for a employee named Mario who went out of his way to provide service beyond good service to great service.

Location is hard to get in and out. It is very small and I don’t if they provide a restroom. This place is always busy. I think they need more help because it took 15 minutes to order a family bucket meal. The manager is friendly and helpful. But he needs corporation to get him more help.
One night I came there and they were out of original so I took the fried 2 piece meal box. When I got home I only found 1 piece. Called and told the manager. He was very professional and tried to fix the situation. He Offered me a free meal box… thank you, but I don’t plan to come back.

Chicken is still dry. Asked for dark meat and got white meat. I was not given fork/​spoon for mashed potatoes.

Worst customer service ever. The only willing to sale you what they have not with you want

Their mac and cheese was so runny that it was more if a soup than anything. The chicken was 90% bone and dry on top of that. Also the mashed potatoes were really off tasting like they were old. The gravy was pretty good to be fair.
I think the most concerning part of this experience was how quickly they made my order. I had a number of family members over so I ordered almost $ 40’s worth of food. It took me longer to get my change than for them to hand me my food.

Went here one Sunday after church with the in-​laws for a quick lunch before they left to drive back home… just grossed me out!
First of all, be aware before you come that this place is tiny — only like 2 tables to sit at. I’m guessing most of their business is drive through.
Also they have no bathrooms, so you have to walk across the street to the gas station if you need to… pretty frustrating with a toddler.
Also they still have signs and ads out from Thanksgiving, which I thought was odd. Makes me wonder how attentive the manager is to the overall condition of the store.
Those aren’t the main reasons for a bad review though — this place was GROSS.
Everything felt super dirty and the kitchen looked gross. The guy taking our order was nice enough, but very confused about everything — definitely needs more training.
I got popcorn chicken, which tasted fine except then I had one piece that I had to spit out — just tasted off and tough. Nasty!
None of us got sick or anything, so I’m sure it was fine, but it really grossed me out and due to the overall level of uncleanliness in this restaurant I will not be back.

So isn’t KFC all about chicken? I went to this location and drove up to place an order when the girl who was taking orders said «we are out of chicken» um? a hi would’ve been nice to start. followed by just to let you know we are out of chicken (even though that’s hard to believe) it seemed like they didn’t want to help anyone and the best thing they could come up with was we are out of chicken… That was my first experience decided to give them a second try maybe I would have a better experience, but I was wrong it started off pretty good the same girl was taking orders and she let us know that there was no grilled chicken and that we would have to wait we said its ok we will just take the original she automatically said ok mashed potato and coleslaw what else? Um aren’t they suppose to ask what sides we want rather then assume that’s what we want? or maybe put it in form of a question. whatever we finished our order drove up and the girl told us our total with an attitude and rolled her eyes. we gave her the money and when she gave us the change she threw the change at us and walks off to top it off she goes to where her co-​workers are and starts talking looks back at us and rolls her eyes again. and then has somebody else give us our order the guy didn’t even say Thank You! At this point I’m thinking who are you mad at?! It is clearly not the customers fault you don’t like where you work! They really need to sit down with their employees and go over customer service.

How disgusting. .after taking our order the girl working the drive thru went to the lobby and proceeded to pet a dog that was on the table! Very unsanitary!

This place has good fried chicken, but the breasts have a lot of bone. This place is good to go to once in a while for a chicken leg. The extra crispy is the stuff to get. I like to coleslaw, and so will the kids (it’s sweet!?). On the fast food scale, I’d give it a ⁴⁄₅.

great food, lately I get grilled everytime an I am loving it. They always get my order right too, yeeeeeeeee. NIce atmosphere, I even rode an electric bike through the drive through one time and it was cool.

Their drive through is so slow. It’s ridiculous. Please send in the ops team to assist them.

Asked for all dark meat got half the bucket white. When I asked they lied. If they lied about that what else will they lie about? Washing hands maybe.

I love their fried chicken but only recommend to get only the crispy drumstick. The thigh and breast are not that good. I love the mac and cheese and you can’t go wrong with the mash/​gravy.
Its a fast food so I can’t really compare this place with a fancy restaurant. I’m always had been a huge fan of fried chicken. Just remember to chose ONLY the drumstick and you really cant go wrong.

i just left kfc today november 08, 2012 1:00pm i ordered hot wings which i wanted them to make it fresh any other time they would ask me it is a 10 minute wait which is fine with me. this time they did not ask me and when i got to the window my order was already there i opened the box and felt that the wings were not hot. so i simply asked the gentleman that i asked for fresh wings these are not he simply said well ma’m these are fresh and we cannot make anymore until the tray is empty… i asked him who said that he cannot make fresh wings? he simply said his manager oh ok well let me speak to your manager… no manager on duty… what??? i do not know of any place that would not have a manager on duty. well i simply told him well i am not eating cold chicken. he then opened the box to ask another person «does these chicken feel cold to you»? the gentleman then put his hand inside of the box to feel one of the wings… are you serious i could not believe this is happening… he then brought the box back to the window to tell me they are not cold they are warm… omg!!! he then told me all he can do was warm my chicken up??? are you serious!!! this has been the most horrible kfc i have ever been to i would never ever ever return here again!!! also whoever manages this location shame on you… these workers do not have any maners they simply do not care about the customer and for them to simply think it is okay to touch someone else food lets not forget without any gloves is just ridiculous!!! they get a negative f as in below zero!!!

On July 27^th 2012 I ordered their KFC Bowl, the mashed potatoes tasted like frozen peas. Yuck. A bit small to eat in, but love how friendly their staff is, they always say goodbye and have a nice day.

They really did a great job remodeling this place.
Like any fine American, I am a devout supporter of the Colonel and his original fried chicken recipe. I frequented this establishment quite a few times this past summer and I was incredibly pleased with the quality of both the food and service.
The interior of this KFC is very small — only a few tables crammed against the front wall. But the drive-​thru is poppin’ like popcorn chicken! Very easy set-​up and it’s positioned so that it’s incredibly easy to get back on to Woodside Rd.
I’m not sure if it was just for the summer (because my local KFC in Los Angeles doesn’t have this same combo), but the #1 combo is really ideal! You get an original breast, a biscuit, a side (gotta go for the mashed potatoes and gravy), and a drink for about five bucks. Fantastic!
Overall, this is a nice and reliable KFC that is conveniently situated on Woodside Rd. Definitely a good place to grab a fast and hearty meal!
NB: The 4^th of July sugar cookies were soooo good! I hope that they bring them back again this summer!

AWFUL.
Went through drive through…2 people/​orders.
Got ONE straw… i guess we were suppose to share?
NO sporks! Ok… i guess we use our hands for mashed potatos.
And portions got smaaaaal

Very fast moving drive through. Standard KFC food (which ain’t bad). The real plus? The Tuesday $.99 special. Drumstick and wing for less than a dollar! Regular or Grilled. We enjoy the grilled.

Don’t know why other people can give it up to 2 stars!!!
Once we entered here for lunch meal and ordered chicken wings, corn and french fried. All the food were junk food:
— The french fried was just like they kept it for 1 year, fried and fried again, it has dark brown color!
— The chicken was a disaster, it didn’t have a taste of chicken anymore, all thing I could describe is STONNY!
— Corn was only thing I could eat although it wasn’t fresh anymore.
They should to improve their food quality!

3.5 stars. When you are craving good fried chicken, nothing beats the secret spices of the Colonel from KFC. Was in the mood for fried chicken one night and decided to do a head-​to-​head taste test of KFC vs. Popeyes from the RWC Woodside Rd. locations of both. KFC won hands down.
This location feels rather dirty and cramped inside but pluses are they do have a drive through if you don’t feel like getting out of your car and service was super fast. I must have gotten my box of chicken 30 seconds after I ordered.
Bottom line: When you gotta do it, KFC is best.
