I’ve always ordered delivery from this place, and usually it’s been slow but ok. However, this time they really screwed up. Not only did they some how cancelled my online order, it took more then 2 hours to be delivered. After waiting so long, the delivery guy shows up and I had to figure the billing for this slow delivery since their system apparently didn’t register that was paid for. After all that crap, I opened the box to a smashed up pizza. This place really needs to get their shit together.

I used to get a very good pizza from this location but now Looks like this location has new staff, today i ordered pizza but it was not at all good. They did very bad topping, not evenly spread. Not well cooked. They are also not accepting coupons.

So I haven’t order from Pizza Hut in years. And today was a reminder why. So I called this location 4:31pm was on hold for couple mins ended at 4:37pm. Called to and check on the order. Manager Edwin was rude and didn’t apologized he didn’t care told me he can canceled the order of wait. Never apologized or showed that he cared. And he pizza arrived exactly at 5:37pm and hour late! Never again will I order and I did make a complain to corporate.

I am maybe too forgiving or maybe just foolish for allowing myself to be taken advantage of again. What I’m trying to say is that… this is not the first time getting bad service, but it is definitely the last! I believe it starts with the management at the top. If that’s not right, then nothing will go right. I had ordered pizza’s for the guys and its been ok, but they seem to keep getting my order wrong. I don’t mean to be a pest and bother people but when your wrong your wrong, right? I had ordered a pizza around 10pm one night and they told me it would be an hour an a half. This is where it all started. It has not been right since. It’s been a month since that call and I kept giving them chances. The first call never came so we had to go pick it up after 1 am. I was given a credit for the late and long wait. I ordered A large cheese stuffed crust pizza and what showed up was a deep dish pizza that had toppings we don’t like. I called again and dealt with Edwin who stated he was the manager. He was upset because he saw that I was complaining AGAIN about the order, so it seemed like I was being unreasonable, but AGAIN it was wrong. Well EDWIN gave me credit so I can get the right pizza. I called it a night and thanked him for the consideration, but the service was still bad. I ordered the next pizza the same thing… A large cheese stuffed crust pizza. Well to my surprise a thin crust pizza showed up and I could not believe this was going on. I had to go in to their establishment and pick up my nearly cold pizza after waiting two more hours. EDWIN was becoming very rude as we wanted to get the managements number that was above him. He did not cooperate with us and was very rude. I noticed that he was wearing some pajama bottoms which seemed odd to me. That is a place of business, not a pajama party but who knows what goes on behind closed doors!!! Well The last time I ordered was the last time and because they might of noticed it was me… they screwed up the order or maybe their the ones that cannot get a simple order right. At least on EDWINS shift… I ordered the special which was 2 pizza’s, bread sticks, and a 2 litter. Well It is not my fault they messed up, but I could of checked the order before the delivery guy left but out of stupidity on my part I did not open the 2 boxes nor did I notice the bread sticks gone. The only thing they got right is the 2 litter of soda. They gave me a very thin crust pizza that was soo greasy you knew the did it on purpose. The other pizza was a cheese pizza that was awful but at least the dogs got to eat right??? The dogs would not eat it. No but it was pretty bad. I believe it was intentional. I called up the store and right away EDWIN picks up the phone as if he was expecting the call. I said…” you guys must not like me” and before I even began to id myself EDWIN interrupted me and said…” We can not talk to you any more” I wish they would of typed that in the computer and explained that to me before they took my money and gave me a bunch of dough that I have to throw away now. Moral of the story is… check your pizza before you purchase it and if you pay with a card. Open the boxes and check out your food before you sign. Looks are deceiving and everything and everyone is not what it seems. If these people mess up your order just pay for it and go else where. They think that I was trying to get free pizzas. haha. You can keep that mess. If it’s delivery, maybe it should be dijornos. lol!!!

We visited Belmont for the weekend and after a 6 hour drive we arrived at our motel and ordered Pizza Hut. We didn’t receive our pizza until 1hour 30min later. We ordered pan pizza, but received breadsticks with cheese and pepperoni on top as if they were in a hurry to close and not make the pan pizza. The side cheese sticks were correct, but were cold. After calling and complaining Esther offered me $ 25 credit which was great. When we asked the manager Edwin, he said we can’t use my credit towards another store which is inconvenient for me living in Anaheim, which we weren’t going to eat Pizza Hut another day while we are looking around SF. Worst experience ever! They did nothing to help us out. Now I got nasty cold«breadsticks» pizza and lost my $ 25 credit.

If you look at my reviews, I have recently found a hate for the supposed great«Papa Johns». Their pizza is pure shit, and yes the cursing is necessary. If you read my on that review it will say it all.“ Even though I have other choices for pizza, I usually end up with Pizza Hut. I love Pizza Hut ! Delivery is always on time if not early ! Woohoo! My guest always enjoy this pizza. They devour it in seconds: O The pizza always comes warm! The wings are on point! As in they are saucy and do not have nerves. And on the plus side they give a fair amount of their dipping sauces! YESS The delivery person is always kind, they always give a good greeting! the feel that my food is warm makes everyone in my household and guest happier! I always tip generous! I order the pizza to how I believe it is at its best ‚ I always asks for light sauce as in EASY on the sauce, there nothing more gross than bitting into pure sauce bleh. They always execute on that! and I am somewhat picky ;) so kudos for the service, for the food outcome, and for making my household and guests happier! Keep it up !:) I’ll be sure to pass my experience with everyone at work and with my friends! ALSO* — prices are amazingly dead cheap — quality exceeds the price :) — food outcome is nice! — fast service, hence(fast food) — kind service :) — I’m glad they have upgraded their choices and give the customer the hand to customize the pizza with new interesting flavors!:) — big fan of the wings !

First I want to say that I’m realistic and do not expect too much of a Pizza Hut or one of their competitors. What I do expect when I order from a pizza place is delivery at or around the promised time and courteous treatment when on the phone with the staff when my pizza is very late. I did not get this tonight(Sept 26, 2014) !!! When my pizza was already 10 minutes late I called to just make sure my online advance order was received. I had placed it before 4PM. All they could tell me was that the pizza was dispatched. When I called back when the pizza was already 30 minutes late I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager or possibly owner. It was a male with an accent. Unilocal apparently doesn’t allow you to write the type of accent since my first review was removed. All I can say about him is that he is not a good business man and has no idea how to treat a customer. He was quite rude! I spoke to him one more time at 40 minutes late and he asked me if I want to cancel the order. He would only credit me if I canceled. He didn’t offer me anything to make up for my order being so late and didn’t even really apologize. I certainly didn’t deserve the rude treatment I received. When I spend money at an establishment I shouldn’t be treated this way. I won’t be back. You may want to think twice and then order from Pizza My Heart instead. Their pizza is probably better anyways. Or perhaps Mountain Mikes. I’ve never had a problem with their deliveries. By the way, I live only about 2 miles from this Pizza Hut so there is no excuse for pizza to take over 30 minutes to get to me.

Pizza hut Redwood City delivery is excellent. Been a regular customer for several years now and it never disappoints. Great pizza, great price, arrives hot and quick. The lady who takes my order, her name is Angelus is always very nice, always remembers us and our order. Recommend highly!

Zero stars for MARIA. We waited 30 minutes and saw other people get their pizza that came in after us. Turns out our pizza was already ready, but Maria failed to even look! It should’ve been done by the time we got there, and it was because the guy came and found our pizza!!! What a fucking joke. Hate maria!

Okay… so I have already done two horrible Unilocal reviews for the Pizza Hut closer to my house on Middlefield Rd. in Redwood City/Menlo Park. I promised to never go back there because of horrible customer service. Yesterday, I made an online order at this location. When I came in, I was immediately greeted by such a nice man! My order was ready and was correct!!! He even showed me my pizza immediately(which is something that all pizza places usually do! Except the horrible Pizza Hut on Middlefield!!) The other two crew members were also so nice! I felt like my business was appreciated. To top it off, the first man who greeted me even brought my order to my car and I did not even ask him to. Thank you so much for making me believe again that all Pizza Huts are not horrible like the one closer to my house on Middlefield. Thank you for the great customer service! I will be coming here and only here for my future Pizza Hut orders.

By far the WORSE customer service EVER! I stopped in yesterday at 3pm to order a pizza, as I stood there at the counter one of the workers«Mohamed» noticed me but didn’t offer any assistance. I stood there for 10 minutes or so & still no one came out to take my order. Finally«Manuel» comes out & takes my order & I let him know I’ve been standing there for about 10 minutes then«Mohamed» started giving me an attitude saying he didn’t know I wanted to order a pizza! I ordered my pizza & cheesy bread sticks & to no surprise my order wasn’t right…

Dang cmon people this place needs more stars. This is my pizza Hut. I don’t work here I mean mine as its its the place I frequent the most. I had one time the cashier was clueless about one of my coupons an the manager came over an made it happen. Now that’s customer service. I love the pizza. I usually get my regular chicken, pineapple, an mushrooms here. Its really good tho, love the crust an the yumminess of the pizza. The cinnamon sticks are really good too. They come with a white frosting sauce that is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo goood. The pizzas here are def priced good too.

The wife and I refer to this Pizza Hut as the«Third world, dysfunctional pizza». We have done so for years, though I must admit it’s improved slightly in the last few. Before that, it would have deserved one star max. I don’t eat there — Just the kids crave it now and then. Standard«Za Hut» fare wth pre-made crust from a factory; extra grease on top. Not much else to say. Tips and tricks: – If you order a pizza to pick up, you can’t really rely on the time they estimate. If they tell you it will be 30 minutes, that means it will be somewhere between 15 and 45 minutes – Make sure to check your order before you leave… I’ve been burned twice. – Delivery and pickup only at this location. No sit-down.

#88. I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of fast food. But we stumbled upon this place and saw the sign advertising $ 10 pizza sliders( ). And we were hungry. So what the heck? — Location. When there’s not a lot of options nearby, you have to go with what’s available. They have their own lot. — Service. Kind of lacking. But they’re nice. — Convenience. Greasy pizza isn’t my thing. But I’ll settle for it in an emergency. It sucked how there was no seating inside. I normally get things to go, but we were on our way to the airport, so it would’ve been nice to sit down for a bit before rushing off again.

I was parked in the parking lot waiting for this place to open. An older Hispanic lady pulls up in her black CRV and starts eyeing me as if I shouldn’t be there. SUPER eye-ing me. Beyond uncomfortable eye-ing me. Yes lady, WHATISYOURPROBLEM!!! Maybe it’s because she’s opening the store with her young son who probably isn’t supposed to be there. She walked in to the store and left the front door wide open as she proceeds to turn on the lights. If I were were a robber, it would have been easy to just walk right in. After a few minutes her young son(who couldn’t have been more than 8 years old,) comes and locks the door behind them. Um, is that even legal? I’m assuming she’s some kind of manager if she has the authority to open the store alone and bring her young kid to help her. Never coming here again because of the creepy unprofessional lady with the attitude. Watch out for her black CRV.
