I’ve had good experiences at this location. The employees have always been helpful when I have come in with questions or need help with something on my phone. They always are accommodating and spend a great amount of time trying to solve the problem.

Jenny did a great job of translating phone company BS into lay mans terms, letting me know the best relevant deals, and ultimately jumped me up to an iPhone 6 plus while saving me a few bucks on my bill.
Honestly the best interaction I’ve ever had with any phone company so I had to write a review. Also this location is light on a Sunday so it beats waiting around forever in the city.
T-Mobile has ruined my life in countless ways. Just not in my experience at this location. 5 stars for this spot.
