This baskin Robbins is ALWAYS packed! Their ice cream is always fresh, and rarely are they out of any flavors!!! And, it’s attached to a port of subs!(Like literally there is a walkway between the two… Genius!) the staff is always friendly They make a mean peanut butter sundae!(What I always order!) always consistent! Always amazing!!! My poor sweet husband on the other hand always orders a chocolate milkshake with chocolate syrup, and vanilla ice cream(as opposed to using chocolate ice cream)(it’s better the syrup way!!! Trust me/him!). Even tho they have a have a binder that tells them hoe to make it… It’s always totally different! Not sure how! I’m pretty sure there are 3 ingredients(chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream, and milk) but it’s never consistent. Sometimes super vanilla-y, sometimes a crazy amount of chocolate. We now take bets on what it will taste like… the loser pays! Other then that, this place is great!!! The shop is always clean, and they always greet you when you walk in! We often stop here for a lovely after dinner snack.(who am I kidding, I send the hubby, while I stay home with the baby) I would recommend it to anyone!(As long as you are not super picky on a chocolate milkshake)

I’m always surprised by how busy this location can be! They always seem understaffed. I was one of about 10 people looking to get ice cream the other day while it was snowing outside. Usually that means an empty ice cream shop but not today! The two employees worked hard to get everyone served in a timely manner. It was helpful that I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and in what size. Two milkshakes, one large world class chocolate and one medium mint chocolate chip. Both were ready quickly and once everyone else paid we were up next. The cashier was in good spirits despite being so busy which was nice. The milkshakes were perfectly mixed nice and thick! No complaints here!

Conveniently located in a little shopping center where you can get gas, coffee, groceries and cash — why not add ice cream? It’s definitely a splurge — if you do the math, don’t cringe because you’re basically paying for the equivalent of a pint of ice cream for just one scoop. But you are really just paying for convenience. One funny story — my friend from Ireland was visiting and wanted some ice cream. We walked in and saw there were dozens of different flavors, which I thought would boggle his wee Irish brain. So what flavor does he want? FREAKINGVANILLA. He said it was the best vanilla ice cream he’s ever had. Sigh.

My wife and I went here this evening and, similar to what other reviews said, the service was questionable at best. When we walked in, there were 5 other people in the store and the two people behind the counter seemed to be overwhelmed. This store is organized a bit weird so with the line that had built up, you couldn’t see all the flavors. When we finally ordered, they managed to mess up my ice cream order and didn’t really want to fix it, instead making some mixture of that ever they had started with(two flavors that I didn’t want) and finished it off with one I wanted originally but charged me for all three scoops. This wasn’t the worst place for ice cream I’ve been but ultimately, I’d rather go to a nearby store and buy my own ice cream

Putting the JERK in soda jerks. Mom with a hurt hand and 2 kids comes in for ice cream. Service is horrible, will not pay attention to the customer, gets the order wrong repeatedly, one cone given to a 6 year old has the scoop fall off in three steps without a lick, and mom is told she has to buy another, Even after it is pointed out that the scoop was just laid on the cone, before and after. Mom with one good hand asks for a bag, gets a bag too small to hold items, customer service idiot off to help others and tells her to he cant give out a bigger bag. The bigger bags are sitting within reach. One Left turn, malt hits the floor, two scoops in a cup has the lid fly off and bad hand is used to grab the wheel. Near disaster. All mom needed was a bit of competence, all she got was mad, angry, frustrated, out extra money and home crying trying to clean a malt out of her car. Way to go you piece of work.

This location has hired AWESOME cake decorators since my last review. I have ordered 3 more cakes since my last review. Attached are pictures of the wonderful work they did. Apparently they were in between cake decorators when I posted my last review.

I’ve always had great service and delicious ice cream at this place. Also has a clean bathroom. My usual routine is clown cone, bathroom, sundae, bathroom, mint chocolate chip cone to go, bathroom at my house.

On a nice sunny day, the first of its kind in awhile, this is NOT where you want to be. Teenagers working behind the counter could not keep up with the crowds. We had a group of 3 jump in line with people they knew who were first in line. The other patrons took notice, confronted the offenders and the offenders remained — and were served before all of us who had waited correctly in line. When we finally placed our order we said their would be two milkshakes of the same flavor and size. The staff member made one and then came back and asked what the next one would be. I reminded her they were two of the same size and flavor. Then she asked what flavor that was as she handed me my shake. I shook my head and reminded her of the flavor and size of the exact same shake I was holding. With more staff, and staff that conducts business properly and does not reward poor behavior, this would be a better review. Your ice cream is not good enough to make up for your poor customer service or your poor memory.

Great customer service! I called the BR on Wedge this morning to order an ice cream cake for roomie’s b-day. Michelle [the owner I believe] was so cheerful and helpful. I don’t pick it up until tomorrow but their half sheet size was only $ 23.95 and feeds 8 – 12. Wow! Perhaps a premature Unilocal review without having sampled the cake but so far so good! PS And how about the eerily fantastic logo for BR? PPS Mint chocolate chip w/chocolate cake.
