I love this teriyaki place so much. The staff is very nice and their food is absolutely delicious. Their salad dressing is really good I recommend buying some. I personally don’t like the beef and pork teriyaki, I don’t like the texture. But the chicken teriyaki is amazing!

Came here yesterday for a 2Go chicken teriyaki and California roll. The teriyaki tasted too sweet and salty for me, portion size was small compared to other teriyaki places around the area. Happy to see the repainted walls and new flooring, it looks clean!

Nice little hole in the wall. Food was great! I like how they use mason jars as cups.

Best teriyaki, love their Katsu. Been coming here off and on for over ten years and I always seem to like it… Wish other places were as good

I feel like this place has been here forever, and there is a reason for it! The food is fantastic! Located in the strip mall near Safeway and Bartell Drugs in Fairwood. Very small dining area, very small shop in general. Few tables. Recently repainted inside, but still looks a little dirty. We came by Saturday night to grab some Chicken Teriyaki, our favorite. We came in around 8:15 pm and were informed we could only do takeout. Bummer, we usually like to just dine in. The people who work here are always very nice and friendly. Food took about 5 minutes, not bad! Large portions of chicken and rice, and small salad with the best dressing you’ll ever have. Definitely our go to spot for teriyaki in the area! Can’t wait to stop by again!

We used to live in Renton and we would eat here at least once a week. Simple menu but super delicious. Owners are very nice. We have moved to Florida and we miss our teriyaki fix!!!

Local teriyaki place that usually has good staff and a kind word. That was unfortunately NOT the experience this time. For the 3 items we ordered it was 30 mins. When the people that ordered after us already got their order I asked to make sure we hadn’t missed it or it was forgotten. I was told rather rudely that we had a bigger order and the other people had been in front of us(which wasn’t true). I won’t be spending my money here again, that was awful.

Awesome place for yummy teriyaki! Cute little Japanese mini shop in the Fairwood shopping center. Prices are decent but the food and salad dressing is absolutely amazing here! I personally really love ordering regular chicken teriyaki and seeing how well dishes actually turn out. Salad dressing and teriyaki sauce and all. This is a good place to stop by for lunch since they are very quick at getting the food out. If you do decide to eat in they will also serve you so this is a good place over all for either taking out or dining in.

The spicy teriyaki is my go-to! I love the sauce and the flavor of the spice ! I’m Mexican so I love spicy food and the level«really hot» is perfect for my taste buds! I would definitely recommend this place as a simple but delicious meal.

Really excellent quality teriyaki. Many dishes made with tofu if you are vegetarian too.

A bit pricey but Teriyaki is good specially when they make it spicy. They have the best chicken katsu as well. However they have the worse curry i’ve ever had! Avoid that if u really into curry and know how curry should taste like. Otherwise this is still a good place to eat.

Good place to get teriyaki. I usually go here for lunch on school days. Their chicken katsu is great for the price and a large enough serving for leftovers! The service is nice and helpful. This teriyaki joint won’t blow you out of the water with its food but it also won’t be terrible.

Stopped in for a quick to-go order of Chicken Teriyaki special… it was terrific! No fat at all on the chicken and the egg rolls are super yummy. Prices are pretty fair too.

This place is hit or miss. Depending on who’s in the kitchen that day. The yakisoba is SUPERSWEET. Like hella sweet! And you have to be sure to say light on veggies or you will get an order of vegetables with a little bit of noodles. The katsu, chicken teriyaki, and bulgogi pork is good tho! Oh and the fried chicken is delicious! We continue to come here because it’s convenient for us as far as location goes.

Best Teriyaki in Fairwood! I usually get spicey chicken Teriyaki and ask for a side of sauce because they usually give a small amount likely accommodating the larger demand, but they have no problem giving you extra without charge. This place has been around for decades even when I was a kid and the original owner Miako ran the place. It is now ran by his daughter and other family members. Great place and personable service.

If you could give negative stars, I would do so! While eating dinner there roughly a month or so ago, I took a bite of my son’s salad to find an ENTIRE glove in the salad — needless to say I was MORTIFIED!!! I went to the man at the counter to show him. When they brought the plate back out, it looked like they literally scooped the salad off the plate and put on «fresh» salad without even changing the plate or anything. To offer the«sorry» they gave us a free order of Gyoza. Are you kidding me??? No offer to refund out money or anything! I WOULDNEVEREVEREVEREVER recommend this or will I EVER be eating here again. They also have this LOVELY ghetto A/C contraption in the middle of the dining area. Again, the whole experience was terrible.

Faaaaavorite teriyaki!!! Yay!!! :D Salad dressing. Best. Ever. Use it on everything. Your chicken. Your rice. Your sandwich. Your omelette… you get the idea. Not sure how or what it’s made of, but my lord you a tasty sauce you saucy sauce you. Let’s move onto the chicken… i always get the all white meat chicken with my meal, and it’s done perfectly. Just perfectly. What’s perfect? Cooked all the way through. and with a slight squeeze crunch over the tightness of the bite while biting down… along with a charred edging of moist chickeness in a light and crispy coating just on the sides. They slice the chicken breast in nice little thin strips perfect for your teriyaki meal the way it should be. I’ve done the veggies here as well. In different ways, but all over rice and with that heavenly little side salad. I’m not the biggest fan of the veggies, they don’t seem as seasoned as well as i would like… but just pour on that dressing and your good! :D The place is tiny, and you may just want to take it togo, that’s only what I’ve done, and when I come in to pick it up, looks like everyone else has called in as well… it’s crazy crowded waiting for their lunches. Good for them! Oh and I walked in the last time I was there to see that they are bottling their tasty sauce… yes! I guess I’m not the only one on a saucy kick! Yay for having a freakin awesome teriyaki joint by my new house!!! :D :D

To each their own, right?! I ordered the chicken yakisoba or whatever based on the picture with lots of cabbage bc I like cabbage! I didn’t get nearly as much cabbage but hello! This stuff is good. Came with a hefty order of white rice and for under 10 $ i was happy. Can’t take the left over home though bc I’m suppose to be on a paleo diet.(Why I wanted lots of cabbage) but I would go back! One star going bc the place could go for a make over but if you’re taking it to go who cares! I’m sure everyone’s house isn’t spotless. Good view of the kitchen(which is what matters in a restaurant) when ordering and looked clean to me so at least I know my food isn’t dirty :)

Best Teriyaki in Fair wood? Absolutely. If you’re craving some teriyaki in the area this is a great little place to swing by. The quality of the food here good. Whether it’s chicken or beef is always flavorful tender and juicy the way it’s supposed to be. It’s super small, four tables. Order at the counter and they bring it out to you. The portions aren’t big by any standard like you might be use to at some other places but for the price and convenience of location. No complaints.
