This subway should get –100 stars!!! Horrible customer service plus they always try to charge a couple bucks more than any other subway!!! When I raised the issue about charging more than a normal subway the two behind the counter… one femal and one male… started speaking Spanish and laughing at me! I asked to speak with a manager or get a manager name and they told me they don’t have a manager!!! REALLY! Ok so then I ask for there names and they refuse to give me even there first names. I ask for owners name? They say I can’t have it but the owner SHOULD be in in a day or two! Very sketchy!!! Just don’t go there unless you like to be treated like crap and charged an extra couple bucks

Prices here are completely whack! They charge $ 6.75 for a footlong veggie delight, which is lettuce on a piece of bread… and that’s the cheapest of all their subs. Others get to around $ 10.
It’s the most expensive Subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens. Subway in Manhattan, some of the most expensive real estate in the world, often charge $ 5.50, with $ 6.50 being an outlier. The only Seattle area shop with these prices is the one in Bellevue. This is Fairwood. Let that sink in: this is Fairwood.
Came in here, thankfully looked at the menu before I ordered, and walked out. Take a look at what you’ll pay before you pay it! I imagine they make a brisk business off people who expect average prices but end up paying through the nose for shitty sandwiches that aren’t worth $ 5 to start with.

Maybe you don’t know how to tell time but if it says you close at 9:30 then you probably shouldn’t put your stuff away at 8:30 and have an attitude when a customer comes in. It takes 3 minutes to make a sandwich, anyone can do it please stop acting like you’re doing so much. I’m talking about the Indian girl who works there.

It was not clean. The soda machine had stale products. Nothing wrong with the food but I wouldn’t eat inside again. Yet, I also start to question the food when i cant trust that its clean.

Well looks like what Im going to say is a common theme at this location according to the other reviews. This is one of the worst subways I’ve been to. Customer service is average at best. They participate in NONE of the promotions that run on tv. Its ridiculous how the company spends all this money on a promo to get people in the door and this specific franchise never participates. They should just become a generic super duper yummy sub store and stop using the subway name since they charge couple bucks more than every other location and never have specials all the other location happily does. Employees really should stop playing on their iphones in front of customers as well. Seriously?

All I have to say is ‚“NO FIVE DOLLAR FOOTLONGS”. Even if you see a commercial on TV, chances are they will tell you, «we are not participating in that offer». Boycott please until they change their policies! I will update this review if things change.

This subway is absolutely terrible! Bad service, and they’re not even offering the $ 2 6in meatball sub for customer appreciation month that subway put commercials on for! I’ve been driving down to the subway on Grady because the service is much better and I guess they actually appreciate their customers?

I must say this subway is better than most! Even the one I worked at in the past. Sometimes the bread tastes old and over-​seasoned (herb and cheese) but the vegges are always fresh!
The best part is the staff. Every one of the employees that have helped me have been friendly and smile and have great attitudes. They never roll their eyes when you get a lot on your sandwich like at other subways haha. Its also a really clean store, never dirty tables and trash on the floor.
Ill continue coming here, especially since I live one block away!

I actually wrote the store supervisor a letter about this location. I worked in the neighborhood for a few years and being a regular at most Subway restaurants, I thought i’d be there on a regular basis.
The service was literally as bad as possible. The employees would be in literally no hurry to make you a sandwich. If you asked for something, like lettuce, they would tune you out and re-​ask you what toppings in the order they had memorized. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, generally unclean in appearance, and frequently had personal guests visiting in the restaurant while they were working.
Regardless of the food or the quality (one of my sandwiches had a hair in it, which is a dealbreaker for me), the service was so bad that I vowed not to return.
The supervisor’s response to my email was also unsatisfactory. He did not offer me any consolation free sandwiches or any incentive to give them another shot. Instead, they said they were going to be «more aware» of the issues I had addressed, and would take action if necessary. After about 4 months, I went back and received the same lousy customer service, and that was that.

I have been coming here for breakfast and lunch for that past 6 years. During my time in coming here the staff has always been friendly and helpful to my needs. Food quality has always been great and the bread. Just fresh! Cookies are awesome! The ingredients OK. Just your typical semi fresh, you would expect from a place like this. I don’t get all the bad ratings like subway is supposed to met high quality standards. It is subway!

The person who wrote the other review is absolutely correct. Today I went in and not only were they rude to me, but rude to the customers in front of me. I’ve never experienced any problems with the food other than them consistently messing up on my order. If you happen to catch them putting the wrong thing on there they look completely put out and look at you like you’re an idiot. Even when you don’t correct them they act like they are inconvenienced that you want them to make you a sandwich. I, too, have been going to them for years and receiving the same poor service and hoping it would change, but today was the final straw. It is definitely worth going to Benson or Panther Lake where they seem happy to help.

Let me start by saying I have lived in Renton for a long time. I have given this Subway many chances over the years, thinking maybe next time it will be better. This is the worst subway on the east hill. They always have hard, stale, or overcooked bread. Or they just dont have the bread you want. The people working there always seem to have an attitude and good luck catching them with fresh vegetables. It is worth the drive to the Benson location. Or panther lake. If you live in the area YOU KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!
