It was really busy on this 31st day but the staff was really friendly and very patient. My toddler was asking me for one of their balloons and they were kind enough to give him one. So glad this place is walking distance from me to ensure my return of service

The workers are lazy. I only go here because it’s close to home but will no longer go. I was denied a milkshake because it was 940 and the blender was already off. I arrived at the store at 930 but was not helped until 940. They didn’t want to make me a milkshake because they did not want to wash the blender cup. It’s a simple blender with an on and off switch not a fancy machine that takes 20 minutes to warmup.

We went to get some milkshakes at around 9:35 pm on Saturday, February 27th2016, after having some Korean BBQ next door and we know the store closes at 10 pm. After waiting in line for 2 other groups to be served, it was finally our turn. When we asked for milkshakes, we were told that they turn off the machine at 9:40 pm and therefore, they couldn’t make any milkshakes. If you want bad customer service and lazy employees with dirty tee shirts and aprons, this is the place to be. I mean, how hard is it to turn on a freaking blender for the milkshakes?! It’s too bad you don’t want to clean the blender afterwards, but your store closes at 10 pm. That doesn’t mean employees get to go home at 10 pm. Employees should wait to close the store at 10 pm if there are customers still inside waiting to be served when it’s barely 9:35 pm and then, start the cleaning and closing process. Telling the customers that there is no more milk or that the blender is out of order would have been a more acceptable excuse to not serve us. Ridiculous!!! Lazy employees, dirty uniforms for employees who are handling food, dirty floor, just dirty location overall… not going back and not recommending this location to anyone! Please avoid at all cost!

1. AFTER they had already scooped me a child’s size ice cream for my bday voucher, they didn’t accept the voucher because it was on my smart phone and not printed out on paper. One girl(older I think?) was abrupt/rude about it. LAME. Should’ve told me before I ordered! If I wasn’t a good citizen, I could’ve refused your ice cream and cost you money. *Manager — train your employees regarding vouchers and promotions, and how to handle embarrassing situations professionally. Learn to speak tactfully to your customers. 2. Half the of ice creams were either melted, sad looking, or kept in the back freezer. Ghetto. Will not be back.

The owner is a pig and very dishonest. I would NOT take my kids here. This is an honest to god review about the experience that I can never forget about. This shop truly reminds me of how sick and twisted this world really can ‘ve

I made a U-turn as I was passing this Baskin Robbins and asked the poverty-stricken owner for 1 scoop of ice cream he charmingly suggested I get 2. He scooped them into a cup and charged me 499.00. Why I let him do that to me is my fault I guess I felt obligated to pay since he did scoop it. DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISCROOK!!! No wonder no one was in his price jacking greedy shop. I won’t be back.

Paid 5 bucks for an ice cream and the waffle cone was stale and hard as a rock. When I very quietly and politely mentioned this to the kid behind the counter he said«I’ll write a note and pass it along» WTH?!

This is what I got today. Literally a baby scoop for 3 bucks. I could have went to Mcdonalds for a cone larger than this. Just moved to this area and I was happy to find one so close. Unfortunately this will be my last visit

I stopped by to on 03÷31÷15 for the 1-scoop for 1.31. It used to be 0.31 cents a scoop. The young lady who helped me had a smile on her face, was friendly, and didn’t feel rushed. She asked if I needed anything else besides it being full of people. Will stop by again in the future.

I have stop going to thirty one flavor do to the prices and the amount of ice cream they give a customer. Last time had a banana split the three scoops they looked like marbles. At one time they use to be give good quality scoops of ice cream. This third generation of 31 flavor customer is done and gone.

I personally prefer reviewing family-owned, hole-in-the-wall, one-of-a-kind, unique businesses, so I do not really take the time to review franchised establishments because there are so many variables to consider. But I can’t help to write some kind of warning towards a certain branch of a franchise when it consistently displays any of these things: bad managing abilities, sub-par quality, mediocre service, unfriendly/unhelpful staff and ignorant ownership. This has to be addressed and informed to my fellow Unilocalers. And this specific location falls within that category and deserves no more than one star(or zero if possible) from me. The good thing about these franchises though is that there is another one close by, but for your own good, just skip this location.

This Baskin-Robins is conveniently close to where I live. It’s the only place I get ice-cream cakes from. The owner of this location is really nice and sweet and helps out occasionally with discounts. Hate that the cakes are so pricey for their sizes but they are always pretty good so it’s all good. Very clean!

So my birthday just passed, and I picked up an ice cream cake… for nostalgic purposes, of course. In my 29 years, I’ve learned quite a bit I’d say. Among the things I’ve learned is that even at 29 years old, I still like Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream cakes from BR. There’s something about their Mint Chocolate Chip that keeps me wanting more, but also just eating that frozen chocolate cake brings back good memories. On my list of things I’m still wondering… what is that whipped cream stuff? I put some in the sink expecting it to melt and just drop down, and in the morning, it was still completely hard. This particular location is in a little beat up strip mall, so initially, it appears to be a little underwhelming. Either way, I got my cake so I’m happy.

***Very similar to other Baskin-Robbins shops out there, the ice cream here is okay but nothing great; they seem to be more expensive than they used to be*** This Baskin-Robbins is located in a grungy strip mall in Reseda. The inside of the shop is clean and they offer the same variety of products as other Baskin-Robbins locations – hand scooped ice cream, ice cream cakes, sundaes, and so on. They did have these little ice cream cake bites that I haven’t seen at other Baskin-Robbins(might be a new item for Baskin-Robbins). I had a scoop of the cherries jubilee and the pistachio almond. Both ice cream flavors had decent consistencies. They were both creamy as well as firm and dense enough. There was also very little iciness. The flavors were just okay. Both flavors tasted fine(and I liked the freshness and crunch of the almonds in the pistachio almond), but the flavors tasted a little artificial when compared to the many gourmet ice cream shops in LA. Service was quick and pleasant. Two scoops came to about $ 4.50, which is more than what I remember paying for Baskin-Robbins. Even though the scoops were substantial, that price point is getting close to what you would pay at a gourmet ice cream shop and I think the difference in quality is noticeable. Baskin-Robbins is an okay ice cream spot that is everywhere and I do like their ice cream cakes(since their ice cream cakes feature both ice cream and cake), but there are much better choices out there if you are willing to drive. This strip mall has its own free parking lot and it is big, but the parking lot was actually quite full.
