I ordered a chicken kabob to go & when I went went to go pick it up the cook gave out my order to someone else who walked in after me .when I told him I had called earlier he looked at me weird and knew he messed up so he told me to wait 20mins when I had called 30 minutes before I got there. I was so upset especially when he noticed I got mad and told me to just take my money and leave. To my Unilocalers out there, the person making the kabobs is a complete dick

This is the PLACE if you want kabobs. Traditional Iranian food at its finest. The walls speak stories of the past and present.

Amazing Persian food for a little hole in the wall place! Kubideh beef is juicy & delicious! Biryani is also very tasty!!! Food is full of flavor! Will definitely be back! My parents come here any time they are in town! Super busy for a Tuesday afternoon!

Got my chicken breast kabob order to go. Flavorless overpriced food. More restaurants out there that give you better quality for a better price.

The food here is amazing! The reason for low stars? You can’t really plan on eating here– we have come often during their posted hours and it was closed(once we were told they were out of food an hour earlier than closing, so they were closing down!) Highly suggest there food if you can stop by, but can’t plan on it :(

The waiter/owner only has time for persian customers, or atleast thats how he shows. He didn’t answer any of my questions about the food. Food was alright, but that stupid birds feather fell literally 2 inches from my plate. HELLO!!! why is there a bird in your restaurant?

Not the best in the valley but above average. Food is flavorful. Corner plaza parking lot so it depends on how well the other businesses are doing to determine if you’ll find a slot. Decent sized restaurant, where you’re not cramped but don’t expect to host a large party here. Remember: food adventures are out there. Eat ‘em up!

Here you can get authentic Beryani from Isfahan(it is different from Indian Beryani) and some other Kababs and Persian food. This is probably the only place on earth that you can get Isfahan’s Beryani so if you like meat do not miss this rare delicacy! Absolutely recommended! Here is my 360 degree photo of inside of the restaurant:

GREATESTKABOB I’VEEVERHADINMYLIFE. JUSTALLAROUNDREALLYGOODBARBECUE, XOROVATS, PERSIANFOOD, whatever you want to call it. My friend introduced me to this place once when we were hanging out at his dad’s mechanic shop. He always gets the sangak with two beef lulehs, so I got that too. I’ve never had better kebab anywhere else in my life, and I’ve had a lot of xorovats from a huge variety of places. I’ve been here a handful of times throughout the last 3 years. However, that’s no the point. The point is that this place is unbelievably amazing and you will NOT regret your experience there.

Just like the name, «it’s all good» when it comes to their food. Over here you can not go wrong. You get what you feel like. Want chicken or beef, with bone, boneless or ground, you can get it. The restaurant feels like home. You get good hearty, clean and fresh food that is prepared with care. I am a big advocate of places where the owner is the cook or at the very least, on top of the food preparation. I think that’s the best way to get real food that has love in it. Anyone who appreciates food knows that all good food has one common ingredient and that is love. I respect this restaurant and I respect all that it stands for. This is a place where you can really enjoy and feel homemade tasting food and the atmosphere is very cool because there are a lot of artifacts from old Iran. I highly recommend this restaurant.

And it was really ALLGOOD… So I had read the reviews beforehand and this place was recommended by two Unilocalmigos– Rashmi & Alan… The owner greeted me and watched as I perused the menu. He asked if it was my first time(it was). I asked about the kubideh and the dolmah. No more dolmah I was told, but he happily prepared the kubideh while I watched at the counter. I looked up and saw a middle eastern looking sword dangling from above as well as other interesting antiques. Also made acquaintance with the parakeet… The owner’s cooking smelled marvelous! He asked if I wanted a roasted tomato– I replied yes and he seemed pleased. I took my meal home and it was enough for two or three. The heat was delicious and the rice was wonderfully light and airy. Big servings, but not inexpensive. You are paying for authenticity and quality here. I’ll be back!

OK, today I stopped by this place and happened to have a little chat with the owner. My question to him was why do you not smile or at least give it a try? His answer was«I am really busy all the times, working 7 days a week, morning until night. When am grilling am in such a rush, busy have no time even to smile, but I try whenever I can» Well, let me say this now and make it clear. This owner turned out to be ONEOFNICESTPEOPLE that I have ever met. Oh yes, he did smile, lots of smile and they were all coming out from the heart. Now I really understand where he is coming from and what goes in his mind. I really admire this man for being honest about it all. Had the Chicken Sultani again and it was delicious. Huge portion. Tasty and juicy tender with fresh hot rice… YOUHAVETOTRYOUTTHISPLACEIFYOULIVEINTHEVALLEY. I also tried the Biryani made out of minces lamb and spices served with large Afghani flat bread. This was really delicious. I have to try it again on the days its served, Saturday’s.

First I have to mention the owner, since many of the reviews mention him not smiling. If you want to see his smile, all you have to do is look at the many photos on the walls. He’s smiling beautifully in every single one of them. However, he smiled at my husband and I more than once and was friendly. Maybe if you try smiling at him, he’ll smile back. Next, the food. We had the chicken combo and the ground chicken plates, both were amazing! The rice was delicious, The Hamas was delicious as well. It wasn’t your usual hummus, it had tahini in it also, and was served with sliced pitas. I wish I lived closer but I Guarantee that whenever I’m in this area, I will stop here. The BEST chicken kabobs ever!!! I couldn’t think of a single thing to complain about except the fact that I live 2 hours away!!!

Parking is a pain but the food was so good. The owner/chef is a man of few words. Polite and to the point. Take a look at the picture menu on the wall. Place your order with him then sit down and wait for food. I did to go but still had to wait to pay. He doesn’t handle money til cooking and eating is done. Drinks are in fridge. Self serve. Décor is cool and interesting to look at as you wait. Loved the humus with thin pita slices. Also love the chicken kabobs. The steak kabob is not as good as the juicy chicken. The portion size is generous. Lots of rice. I would do double chicken next time. They take credit card

This guy is the original kebab Nazi, his customer service skills are really lacking but he makes up for it with the décor of the place. Covered in Persian wrestling memorabilia the place is really a sight to be seen. I think the most special thing about this place is the biryani that is served only on weekends. That I must say is absolutely phenomenally out of this world and in fact that is what gives the food at this establishment it’s fourth Star. The prices are reasonable though one can get better koobideh for the same price or maybe A little bit better elsewhere. He accepts credit cards, which is important to know because from the outside this does not look like what it is on the inside, and I frankly did not expect them to accept cards.

Great kabobs from this little strip mall eatery. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. I LOVE Koobideh and this one is very juicy and full of flavor. The owner works there himself and he’ll tell you all about it too. Don’t let his gruff, rude nature offend you. It’s not you. He’s just grumpy. Parking is crazy if you’re there during peak hours.

Great food with super friendly service ! When they found out we were not locals even though they don’t serve Beryani on weekdays, they made a special one for me… I love the Beryani so delicious and tasty…

My parents are huge fans of Persian Food, thus we have tried practically every Persian Restaurant here in the valley and so this place also made it to the list. It’s a family owned business and the owner is a super nice guy. I’ve been here last years back so this is a very belated review. Since I’ve tried mostly all the other Persian spots in the area, I wasn’t too excited with the food here. I thought that it was ok, due to missing that perfect juicy, soft kabob texture that koobideh should have. Good Points: — The meat is Halal(for those seeking halal meat) — Chicken is flavorful — Great owner Bad Points: — Parking situation sucks — Beef Koobideh lacks juiciness — Closes early Overall: Decent food and good service, great option for those seeking Halal meat!
