Jack In The Box

Been eating here since 2013. Heck still remember when it was Burger King with a playpen.
Overall customer service is great.
There were issues with my orders on occasion. Remedied with replacements.
Like that they replace the soda fountain to a touchscreen version.
It’s still in general dirty restroom wise.

Finished eating the food, and am writing this review on the toilet while my butt won’t stop leaking. Can you say food poisoning… Thanks alma! Not only did you forget the most important part of a breakfast meal, but you gave me the shittttssssss.

So this is the first time in a jack in the box and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. We’re from NY so we were skeptical about this chain but I was hungry last night and this was by the hotel. Ok delish was my burger. Everybody talks about in and out burger which I was not crazy about (really no onion rings) but this place is good so I’m back for breakfast. Hopefully breakfast won’t disappoint. Clean in here too.

everyone’s eaten at Jack in the box, some are good some aren’t. this one is a pretty good location. the food was good the service was good. for as busy as they were I got my food pretty fast too

Fast Service. but there’s always homeless people walking in there. Either to use the restroom or they walk in there asking for money. Kind of disgusting when eating. Cause they smell like pee. But other than that fast service. Recommend only for drive thru. Maybe during the weekday it’s better.

24 hour drive through, enough said. Great service and the type of food you expect. When in a bind this is where you go.

They always hassle you on dipping sauce no matter how much you buy… And I order today and the doofus that works there decides to put my churros at the top of the bag opened and spilling out onto my car seat as I turn out of the parking lot. Thanks for packaging everything so subpar :/

I usually come very late at night or early morning, however you want to look at it. I have never had a problem with the women who work here, friendly enough and they actually smile when I get to the window. My order is right 9/​10, the one time it was off I was here around 4pm. This review is strictly for the night shift ladies I come in contact with when I’m having those late night cravings (midnight and later). I knocked off a star because the food sucks, it only tastes good when you’re either hela drunk or hela high or both, neither of which I do anymore since I am now a grown woman with a great career that would be ruined by a dirty drug test or a DUI. One of the inconveniences of getting older :/

Jalapeño poppers. The best ever. Perfect for accompanying a sandwich, perfect for a 3pm pick-​me-​up snack, perfect anytime. JIB fills them with creamy yellow cheese that oozes out of the crispy shell. I think this counts as a vegetable since the jalapeño is green… riiigghtt???
The inside of this jack in the box is very clean and the servers are very nice and fast. I almost always utilize the drive thru on my three times a week habit. The drive thru guy is the nicest guy and remembers our conversations and the specifications to my order every time. Great service.

I’m really glad that I am not alone. I had the same problem as Christina C. The worst part is when she originally messed it up on the screen I corrected her. I didnt even check the order. Got to work and found that BOTH my burgers had cheese. I am stuck at work until 11 pm with the wrong burgers. I don’t expect a lot just a correct order.

I got a great batch of fries when I stopped at this location. I do not live in Reseda but was visiting this area for a nearby college graduation. My son was asking for fries so we stopped here. I got lucky and got a very fresh batch that was too hot to eat for several minutes. In my opinion, this is a great problem to have. Two thumbs way up for this particular visit.

NO CHEESE ISN’T HARD TO COMPREHEND!
I’m not asking fastfood people to stand on their head and make the shit with their feet. All I ask is no damn cheese. We went to this jack in the crack because its close to the laundry. I order something simple. Jumbo jack with bacon & NO CHEESE! We get our food & everything is fine until I open my burger. Cheese all over. Ugh. It’s just one mistake I think. We go back politely and exchange it. Then it comes with no Bacon, which we payed for. So I go inside this tome and exchange it again. They give me attitude because it the 3^rd damn time they’ve seem me in 30 mins. Get the damn order right & people won’t bitch. Never EVER going back!

I was the only one in the drive thru and it still took them 7 min to complete my order which only consisted of «cheap» menu items like tacos, chicken sandwiches, and jumbo jacks. They took forever and still managed to forget my 2 chicken sandwiches! $ 2 was not going to get me to go back and ask for them because I’d probably be waiting another 10min.

This is BY FAR, the nicest Jack In The Box I have ever dined at. It is newly remodeled so all the tables and chairs are in immaculate condition. I seriously felt like I was eating at a cute lil café on Reseda… ya right. lol
The only thing i did not like about the place? The grilled chicken salad. Yaxk! The chicken was soggy and the veggies were old and wrinkley… but I guess it is my fault for ordering a salad at a burger joint. Anywhooo… good stuff. I’ll be back here again.

It was early Saturday morning when we stopped by for breakfast. We had a coupon for a free meal upgrade with the purchase of ANY breakfast sandwich. There was only one person ahead of us in line. The cashier kept coughing into her hands. We hoped that she wasn’t handling food. For some reason she stepped away… yes! The assistant manager took over but was having problems with our coupon. She called the manager but he hastily said that we had order the wrong sandwich. She corrected him and asked him to figure it out. Finally they got the code correctly. Most tables were dirty even though it was early and the place was relatively empty. I got the wrong order but I had to choose between getting a beef patty instead of bacon and risking the coughing hands girl touching my food. I decided to eat the beef patty.

Man, the drive-​thru is sloooooow.

Hubs and I had a coupon for buy-​one-​get-​one-​free Mini Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwiches (sing it now…“mi-ni buffalo ranch chi-​cken sand-​wich”), so we decided to stop here on the way home. The MBRCSs were tasty, but they were basically oversized chicken nuggets with Frank’s Red Hot sauce and ranch on a bun.
This location would have received 3 stars, except for the fact that the drive-​thru lady on duty jipped us out of a quarter. Lame.
