Reseda Shawarma

Lately I have been obsessed with shawarma which has led me on a mediterenean restaurant tour of LA. I stumbled upon this place and the sign caught my eye and I simply had to stop. I’m glad I did because it turned out to be the best shwarma I have had so far. We ordered a chicken and a beef and both were excellent. The meat was freshly shaved off the turner and was seasoned perfectly. The sauce was the highlight and kept the wrap very moist. They also had potato wedges topped with a sweet chili sauce and sour cream. I was skeptical of the flavor combinations but it worked brilliantly. I really can’t wait to go back to this place and that has yet to happen on my current LA shawarma tour. Friendly service too.

Horrible!!! They advertise delivery, but make up every excuse under the sun why they can’t deliver, when you call for delivery. The day I actually phoned in an order with the intent to pick it up, they assured me it would be ready when I got there, which was paramount that day, as I’d had a laser tattoo removal treatment and was in excruciating pain. When I arrived, they had not begun my order, I had to wait at least 30 minutes, in pain, for burnt falafel & charred chicken breast kebab. The hummus was the worst I’ve EVER tasted… honestly, I have nothing good to say about ANY part of this meal, AND it was expensive!!! For the money, and for take out, I’d recommend Darband Restaurant… same vicinity, 1000 times better, for about the same price!!!
