I love this place!!! the owner is been cutting my hair and my sons for years now. It is impressive how the Barber remembers every detail on how you like your hair to be cut. But what is most impressive is how he treats everyone customer and staff. The main reason why I kept coming back to Rosy’s Salon is because he new from the first time I went there how to treat my son who is special. My son feels so relax around him I don’t even have to check on how the haircut is going, he knows how we like our hair style. Too bad there is only 5 stars to give or I would give them more.

Love the work thay Raquel does. My hair was badly damaged from bleaching it. Raquel did a miracle on my hair and its soft as ever. I highly recommend Raquel.

This is the only place I go to, to cut my hair. Cindy does my hair and she’s the only one who I let cut it. She is AMAZING.

I love this salon. I would recommend Cindy or Rosy (the owner) to do hair. Cindy does an amazing job with ombré and hair cuts. The prices are reasonable, customer service is outstanding, the place is clean and nice. They did move into a new location (7221 Reseda Blvd, Reseda 91 335) I would recommend making appointments since Cindy & Rosy are always busy, they close at 7. I think they close Sunday’s now but call just to make sure. But I would definitely go back here. Thanks to my best friend recommending me to this lovely salon.

I always go to Cindy for my haircuts. I usually ask to cut 3 inches off the length of my hair and Cindy cuts a bit less but asks if I want more cut off which is great because she’s not like other stylists who cut way too much off. Recommend going with Cindy !

Three weeks ago I had the worst experience here EVER! I got the haircut from HELL! I had long hair above my waist. I come in, I ask I want a hair cut SHOULDER LENGTH! I had been there before I hadn’t seen the specific woman that did my hair. I assume she’s new. I didn’t mind it, as it was a pretty basic haircut. I didn’t think that she could mess it up. Considering they’re supposed to be professionals! So again I tell her I want healthy hair and a change so I want SHOULDER LENGTH and layers. So I sit as usual they try and make conversation. So she starts cutting from the middle of the back of my head and she cut it all the way to MY NECK! I completely freaked out and I asked what she did. She had the audacity to tell me that’s what I asked for and then, that, that was shoulder length! I then proceeded to explain that, that was definitely NOT my shoulders. To too it off she was ten EXTREMELY rude after she completely messed up my hair! No one apologized for this they still charged me and then made me out to be the bad guy. I can’t do ANYTHING with my hair now not even a ponytail! An this haircut is not flattering to me at all. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! And definitely telling EVERYONE how horrible they are. Cindy is the only one I would go to after all the other fails I’ve put up with in that place. But considering the owner did nothing about my mishap. I won’t be back ever!
