Good luck getting someone to respond to an email, answer the phone, or call you back to make an appointment. Practices like this should not be allowed to operate. My best friend has been dealing with depression for years and he FINALLY worked up the energy to reach out to this place. He sent an email and never got a response. He called multiple times and always got their voicemail, until the last attempt when someone did answer the phone, but said that she didn’t have the doctor’s calendar with her so she took his contact information and said she’d call him back. Did he ever hear from her? No.
Shameful. This is THE WORST type of practice to have such irresponsible reception. Completely unacceptable and I will continue to file complaints about this business as people’s mental health is at risk for practices who operate like this.

The Founder of The Center «Linda Ritchie» will actively interrupt you while you are speaking. When you ask for her input, she will make condescending remarks like, «I can’t wave a magic wand». Yes, last time I checked I wasn’t coming in to see a sorcerer, thank you for confirming that.
Linda does not know how to have a conversation, much less a therapeutic one, and will stare at you judgmentally in silence after you finish answering her question. When you ask where her questioning is going, or what to expect from your time with her, she will get angry and defensive, and at one point during my time with her, she exclaimed «frankly, nothing!»
See Linda if you’d like to spend $ 175 (not covered by insurance, she’s fee for service) on a conversation where you will feel neither listened to nor heard, but rather actively attacked and patronized.
