As has been said previously here, owner Drew has a fantastic eye for stylish, high quality vintage and second hand items. I would most especially suggest this for guys as the men’s selection is not neglected like in many vintage shops. I bought an amazing and unique pair of authentic Birkenstock sandals (with a criss-​cross design), I can’t even tell they are second hand. Excellent leather goods and fair prices. I found an incredible 50s wool shift dress on the sale rack (as we were entering spring) for only $ 10, no blemishes or damage at all.

What can I say? You gotta go. Drew has a fine eye for happnin’ vintage duds. Easy to love his inventory and For Sale items. Friendly, and just nice folks. We’re fans. Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great vintage store. The owner is a cool dude with a good eye. My boyfriend also loves the store. Plus, there is normally a cute pup Hank hanging around. Can’t beat the prices for quality items.

My boyfriend and I ended up coming here on a whim after getting coffee at Lamplighter Roasting Company. The owner, Drew, was incredibly kind. We were the only ones in the store and made us feel very welcomed. I loved how the store was decorated, even the details were well thought out (he types his merchandise tags out on a typewriter). Though most of the items were second hand, you would never know. He hand picks each item and makes sure it’s USA made and of high quality. My boyfriend ended up getting a really nice pair of Red Wing boots and the most comfortable hoodie he now owns. Though the store is fairly new, you can tell how much Drew loves his job. His work ethic matches the quality of his products. We’ll definitely go back next time we’re in Richmond.

We were at breakfast at Lamplighter and saw this place across the street. I’m so glad the boys were willing to let me shop for a bit, because they ended up enjoying the store on a level I hadn’t ever seen before!
Yesterday’s Heroes Vintage has an incredibly well-​curated selection of men’s vintage clothing, military clothing (camo), boots and a smattering of unique, modern pieces. Their women’s section is smaller, but equally well-​curated. My brother ended up buying the softest hoodie I’ve ever experienced, and my boyfriend literally geeked out over the camo selection.
The prices were honestly really appropriate, especially compared to the other vintage stores in the area. We will absolutely be back!
