CVS Pharmacy

The only reason this place gets two stars is because it’s a 24×7 pharmacy. Some of the workers here are very unprofessional and rude. It also can be extremely busy at times as I’ve been on line at this place for almost one hour at times.
CVS, at this location, really needs to work on their customer service. I understand that it’s probably not fun to work at a pharmacy and you probably deal with a lot of angry customers, but that’s your job.

Literally the WORST pharmacy service ever. Always a line, no one willing to help, and extended waits. If it wasn’t 2 seconds from my house and convenient due to being open ²⁴⁄₇ I would literally never step foot inside!

24×7 pharmacy… Avoid after work hours — very busy

This location is 24 hours which is GREAT! I am the type of person to always forget something I need like medication or cat food! It is very helpful that I can go at any time to get what I need.

I work in healthcare. I understand how obnoxious sick people can be. I also understand how irritating geriatrics are. However, CVS as a company really needs to get it together. This location is the worst one! But I have to say that I dont even know which one is the best, and if someone finds it let me know.
I’ve nearly been poisoned by the staff at this store. I received two different medications in the SAME bottle. Luckily I have half a brain to have noticed. I also switched dosage as well as type (Time release vs. single dose) and they continued to fill both RXs simultaneously. I unknowingly picked up the wrong one, got to my car and looked in the bag realized it was the wrong medicine and they refused to refund me my money.
My personal favorite is that they have one woman who works there who loves to roll her eyes and scream your name AS WELL AS the name of the drug that you are picking up, from across the room. That’s called a HIPPA violation. What that means is, they compromise my privacy by doing that. What if I was picking up something embarrassing and my co-​worker were standing in line and heard? That’s a really serious infraction. I really hope this place gets shut down or at least fined one day.
