Terrible service!
They have these young girls working at the register who have no idea what customer service is !
They are overwhelmed with too many customers and are not trained to keep up with the pace!
The most rude person left the register in the middle of the transaction to another girl who was answering phones and giving out takeout orders over the phone!
There were at least 10 people in line waiting to be checked out and she just left!
All the employees looked miserable and overwhelmed!
I did not want to eat that salad after going through the stress of buying it!
It was not a Greenwich experience, you’d get better service at McDonald’s!
Salad was decent but lacked appeal shoved inside too small a box!
Ugh what a shame!

Line does then to be very long during lunch hours but they move quick!

I like this place. The last time I went though they put chicken on my salad that isn’t supposed to have chicken. I noticed it when they dumped the salad out onto the chopping board. When I asked if it was chicken he said yes, and I said oh I don’t want chicken. Then It apparently caused an issue because I had to wait while someone else’s salad was chopped etc.
I realize that place is a zoo and the people who go there are probably obnoxious. As an aside; I once saw this patron take the nuts he was given in a separate container reach over the counter and fling them on his salad while the guy was chopping it. (HUGE allergy no-​no) and they had to stop everything and throw everything away. So– I’m understanding that the patrons are just morons. BUT listen to people when they order stuff. Don’t assume everyone wants chicken added, and when you jack up the order– don’t make me wait extra because you made a mistake.

Chopt has become my go to spot for lunch. Of course paying +$ 10 for lunch every day can add up, but at least it’s GOOD!
My first visit I ordered a custom salad and it was just OK. The next time I tried the Braised Greek and haven’t stopped ordering it since. Today I tried the Braised Tikka and that is quite good too! I love the mix of the hot and cold ingredients.
Typical salads bore me, but so far so good with Chopt.
Try the Braised Greek!

Excellent options with amazing fresh ingredients, they are very efficient and the staff is super friendly-​sometimes I am overwhelmed with all the choices. Their fresh made all natural iced teas with no additives are wonderful as well. I get food to go at least 2 – 3 times/​week. Far superior to the salad places on Greenwich avenue which aren’t nearly as good as Chopt and more expensive.

I’m the last person in the world to get a salad. Come to think of it, I’m not sure if I ever ordered a salad in my entire life. A meat and potatoes person.
Now that I’m changing my lifestyle and I am exercising to get in better shape, I decided to treat myself to Five Guys burgers.
A funny thing happened on the way to 5 Guys, I had an urge for a salad, if you felt an Earthquake, that was the moment I decided to go to Chopt instead of 5 Guys.
As I stated above, i never eat salad. My first experience at Chopt, is the beginning of a new lifestyle change. I enjoyed my salad immensely. I will definitely go back there on a regular basis.

Chop’t needs to chill & I’m not talking about the lettuce. I went in there & the guy went all drill sergeant on me. I made the fatal mistake of stepping out of line to go pay & he came over & barked at me «STAY WITH YOUR CHOPPER NEXT TIME!!!» Whaaaa??? «I’m sorry mister but I just wanted a salad.» I went to an Ivy League school but I’m not smart enough to order at chop’t ?! But it didn’t end there. One guy took the salad dressing & started squeezing it while yelling «TELL ME WHEN! TELL ME WHEN!» I was like «Geeze dude you’re kinda scaring me. I just came here for a salad not a heart attack!» The salad was good but the bread seemed thin & stressed out. Like me after going here.

I love how they chop up my salads with their super-​cool curved chopper blades. Meshes all the flavors and textures together just how I like it.

I LOVE CHOP’T. YUMMY, HEALTHY, FAST, very reasonably priced. What more can you ask for.
Hit this spot gem up everytime I’m in CT!

The food is decent. The line system here is so annoying and confusing. All of the employees are so freakin rude also. Always a smartass response. Look into better more educated employees

Got olives with pits in my salads, while the olives are supposed to be pitted, and almost broke my teeth. This is not the first time I get pits in my olives. The manager’s answer was sorry, we cut the olives by half and sometime one or two pits left behind. Unacceptable answer.
Two stars and not one due to the overall quality of the salad.

Super fresh ingredients with lots of suggestions for mixing in ways you hadn’t thought of. Clean and bright with lots of seating to eat-​in. Portions were larger than I could eat in one sitting. Would definitely go back. Lots of parking and convenient to I-​95 off exit 5.

They serve with a side of whole grain flat bread
They have an assortment of ice teas and lemonade

A fine example of good, simple hospitality. Too many places nowadays are missing this ingredient. At Chopt: greeted at the door, menu explained, friendly faces, quick and professional service. Fresh food you can taste.
Thank God. I hope this sticks around.

This is the best place for on the go, with great service. I eat here at least twice a week on my way to work. I usually call ahead. The custom made salads are so fresh and the restaurant is extremely clean with very helpful staff. My favorites thus far are the kale and spinach with panko chicken a bunch of fresh toppings and the Mexican goddess dressing is amazing!

Went in as a first time customer. The staff was friendly and explained how to order and answered all my questions. I loved my salad! I got the kabob cobb, and a cookie! The place was very clean and I like that they used recycled plastics and have a recycle bin next to trash can. This place had all fresh ingredients and was so delicious. New fave lunch spot!

I believe this location only opened last week so I will try it again. I’ve been going to other locations and I don’t believe Greenwich was up to par. The salad toppings were sparse on my salad, especially the meat. The toppings were adequately chopped but the lettuce was not. I wouldn’t rate this location any better than other salads available elsewhere in town, especially for their prices.

Best salad place in greenwich! Love the freshness and service! I really enjoy the seasonal salads and the traditionals. (Got to try the steakhouse and chopt po boy)
