Terrible costumer service. The guy working (has weird Chinese tattoos) was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He had a pissy attitude and should consider working elsewhere. Customer service is not his specialty.

Have been back a few more times because it is close. Pretty much the same thing but with one gripe to add. If your store hours are 10:00 a.m. That means you should be up and running by 10:00 a. m not arriving to open the store at 10:00 a. m or even better the next time I went the opener arrived at 10:10 then it takes forever for the cash register to get online blah blah. Trying my hardest not to be desperate enough to go back here.

This place is just whatever. There were a few things that irritated me this morning. I went in to buy an NO Xplode Ignitor Shot. I use them when I’m waiting on my shipment of the real stuff. I walked up and the store was locked. The sign said they opened at 10am, and everything was still closed at 10:10. 10am is already a late opening time, and to have the guy be late on top of that, is just bad (he didn’t walk up until 10:15). When I walked in I asked about the drink, and he had no idea where they would be or if they even carried them. I was able to figure it out on my own that they were out of stock. I then asked some questions about some different pre-​workouts, and he had no idea how to answer me. I knew more about the products than he did, which also isn’t good. I honestly don’t expect much from these places, but this experience was even worse. Probably won’t visit this place again.
