This is my go to burger place! I absolutely love the endless fries! The Mavericks burger or the shoreline chicken sandwich is the way to go. Every time I come I am always greeted with a warm welcome and everyone is super nice and very comfortable to be around. And this time around I was greeted by the nicest manager, Bob. Definitely request Nicole as your server! She is the best. Always remembers what you order and can give you recommendations on just about any dish!

Garett is the best server! My family loves islands! His service is so great! He always make sure he checks in even when it’s busy and makes sure we are happy! He has great customer service!!! He always goes the extra mile!

I have forgotten to do a review. This location is always amazing. The service is always 5 stars. My last visit I sat at the bar and the service was 5 stars also. The drinks were amazing. I can’t point out one employee because they are all amazing and attentive to customers. Kuddos to this location!

Came in today for lunch and it was a great experience. Food was perfect, our waitress Colleen was awesome! Great lunch specials. My last experience wasn’t so good but islands showed me today why they are still there thriving. Will continue to be a regular there. Please support this local spot!

I’m only leaving 5 stars because of the service. Alyssa was very nice to us and very attentive, the food was good also but the customer service is what will keep me coming back, thanks Alyssa!

Food is gross. I went here with a friends and I have really never eaten at this place aside from a salad. Sorry but it was just not good. I had the most awful mahi mahi tacos.
The tortillas were hard. The fish was flavorless and dry. There was a Mountain of cabbage on top. And the white sauce was flavorless as well. The waitress told me the sauce was a chipotle sauce. Which I have never seen «white» chipotle anything. Clearly I was Misinformed.
I would never eat here again. At the entire chain. It just was not good food. Sorry.

If I am craving a good veggie burger, Islands is the first place I think of. I can substitute the meat on any of their burgers with a veggie patty. My favorite is the Mavericks, but I recently tried the Hawaiian and it’s a close race.
The Mavericks is piled with BBQ sauce, island reds (onion crisps), cheese, and other burger condiments. Oh boy is it good. I need to cut it in half before I take my first bite because it is HUGE. And messy. The waiter better know to bring a pile of napkins with my meal.
Ive ordered the Mavericks every time I went to Islands until I thought to myself, «I’ve always wanted to try a burger with a pineapple on it, so I’m just gonna do it!» Best decision ever! The pineapple was not too overwhelming and the teriyaki sauce added a nice flavor. I will definitely order it again.
Fries and onion rings are also KILLER. I crave the greasy things the day after eating here.
Service can be a hit or a miss. On my last visit, it was a miss. It was freezing in the restaurant, so I ordered some hot organic orange spice tea. It was very good, but I would’ve liked a glass of water with my burger if the waitress ever asked me! She probably checked on us 2 times during dinner. After I asked for extra napkins, she took off to get them faster than I could ask for water. When she came back, she just dropped them off and left before I could ask for water again! I finally got water after getting halfway through my meal. :-(I was going to ask for a refill but I figured it would be faster to go home and grab a bottle of water.
It’s a little pricey for what you’re getting here. I’ve never really understood why they charge so much, but I’m used to hole in the wall, downright delicious, cheap meals. A $ 12 burger best be a good burger and islands doesn’t disappoint, but it’s not a place I frequent.

WOW! After my last review, I received a private message from an Islands employee, saying she was sorry to hear about my experience. She asked for my e-​mail address and claimed it would be forwarded to a regional manager who would be in contact with me personally.
This was months ago. I never heard from a regional manager or anyone else. However, as of this month, I have started receiving Islands advertising at the same e-​mail that I provided.
This company is a joke.

Service good, our sever was always checking on us. Food was tasty, I had a BBQ cheese burger, it was delicious. I have no complaints…
