Kevin Jewelers

I have been going to this Kevin Jewelers since 2008. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands, our god daughters quincenera necklace and 2 anniversary bands. I have never had an issue until today where the office manager (not Rita, not Lani, not the older Caucasian woman) a younger Hispanic woman was extremely unprofessional and out of line. Instead of communicating clearly and trying to find a solution to a problem (a diamond fell out of one of my anniversary bands while they were routinely cleaning it) she proceeded to behave ignorantly and with a condescending attitude. I was shocked and appalled that someone lacking in customer service skills would hold a managerial position. As a customer I should not be financially responsible for the stores lack of communication and clarification when it came to my anniversary bands not being covered as I bought them on clearance even though the diamond fell out in their possession. I was so overwhelmed I just agreed to pay $ 40 to get the ring cleaned after they were done welding it even though I didn’t feel it was right. I voiced my disappointment and the store manager did do her job to try to fix the situation by calling me afterwards and letting me know I won’t have to pay the $ 40 but after that experience I can honestly say I will never purchase anymore jewelry from this store.

I love Kevin’s. The staff is wonderful, and my ring is perfect. I will continue giving Kevin’s my business. I think you should too! see Vanessa or Claudia, oh and the really tall guy is awesome too! Jack is doing a fantastic job with his staff. I love Kevin’s.

Just planning to buy a ring for myself but because of the sales associate Lani Valdez, I ended up buying 2 rings for myself, 1 ring for my husband and a watch!!! Lani is indeed a great sales associate who has the right attitude and skills in dealing with costumers! I am so happy with the service she provided. Congrats Kevin Jewellers for hiring such a great person like her!

I usually don’t give compliments when on Unilocal, but if you want a good deal and an Honest saleslady go see Lani Also would like to thank all the staff being do friendly and courteous ! Now off to Vegas !

This place is great! My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and for personal reasons we needed to get a new ring and wedding band as our wedding is around the corner. The were able to take my engagement ring and put it towards my new ring which of course cost a lot more! I’m spoiled. Michael Vega was awesome. And the other staff member was able to clean and reshape his grandfather’s ring and it looks like a brand new ring. This place knows how to take care of their customers. Don’t hesitate to go here !!!

NEVER buy a wedding/​engagement ring from here! I’m talking about all Kevin Jewlers in general, but especially this location.
First of all, they make you come in every 3 months for an inspection to keep your warranty, and they have NO electronic way of keeping track of your inspections. You have to bring in a paper for them to sign off on, and if you forget to bring it, misplace it, or (heaven forbid) lose it, they won’t do ANYTHING for you. They are ALWAYS looking for ways to cancel your warranty. The last inspection I had, the girl forgot to initial it, and they REFUSED to sign off on my inspection the following time… made me drive all the way back (a half hour each way) 2 days later to bring it in for the manager to approve it.
Second of all, their jewelry is really cheap (and I’m not talking cost-​wise). That’s why they have such a shoddy guarantee… because they know their jewelry is low-​quality. The metal is hollowed out and thin and the settings are always loose.
You only get one wedding ring… DON’T get it from here!!!
