A gentleman snagged me while walking through the mall & tried to sell me their products by doing a test on my arm. I didn’t buy anything because the prices are outrageous, but I did end up with a big rash on my arm the next day. Not ok!!! So mad!!!

Awful place. All the sales associates are rude! Can’t focus on the product because of how annoying the employees are. They are pushy and arrogant. And if you say you don’t like something they start talking badly about you behind your back!!! My best advice for this business is fire everyone and start over! Never going back.

This store SUCKS. Staff is extremely pushy and insulting. I was ambushed outside and before I knew it products were in a bag at the register. There is a no refund policy which they do not advise you of. Do yourself a favor and do what ever you can to avoid that store. Worst customer service I have EVER had.

I hate the sales people that work here! They are extremely PUSHY and annoying. I try at all costs to walk around and away from this store. They will drag you into their store when you don’t even want to buy their crap, or they start rubbing their products on you. Super irritating.

Walked by the store today. Handed us a bag. Then insulted me that I need a lift under my eyes. Went in store and she is showing me this eye stuff. I said how much? She said over a $ 100. I said I would rather spend the money on botox. I walked out. Very rude. I guess they need to use strong arm tatic’s to get someone in the store.

What a joke. My husband, bless his heart, paid $ 150 for a facial during the Christmas holidays. I just went in today. The manager spent an hour just trying to sell me products. The facial consisted of him applying 3 different products to 3 areas around my eyes. Told me he recommended a minimum of $ 487 in products. He applied a cleaner to my face. Wiped it off with a baby wipe then applied a cold pack. Yep, that was it! I do not recommend anyone throwing away money to this place!

I was nice enough to take a sample from these guys. Big mistake. He talked me into coming in the store to apply a product. And made a very rude comment to me about my skin. This is how these people conduct business. I don’t want any part of it. They don’t even get any business I noticed also. I now see why.

I had never heard of this cosmetic line before. After having strong arm tactics thrown at me I was able to walk out without spending a dime. Since being blown away by this horribly aggressive way of trying to sell products I started doing some research. Orogold is one of many company’s owned by Mazel enterprises that owns Lionesse. Isn’t this just around the corner from Orogold in a kiosk? Anyway, also saw the same products on Amazon and eBay at a fraction of the cost. Why spend the money for such a controversial product as gold on your face? Spend the money for gold rings and bangles.

Recently I was strong armed into buying some of this product. I actually love it, however, being bullied into this makes me sad that I was even in this store in the first place. I am embarrassed/disappointed in myself that I allowed these tactics. I actually would have probably bought them on my own and would have gone back for more, but the high pressure/forced sales pitch, assures I will chalk this up to my life’s learning curve and will just ignore them. Too bad because their hand cream feels and smells amazing, but so does the 8.00 lotion from Victoria Secret and they don’t call you names if you walk by and dont accept their«sample». Don’t believe me? Try it…

Don’t take the samples they try to hand you as you’re walking by the store. If you take one, they start asking a bunch of questions like what you use on your face etc. etc. and when you tell them, they tell you you’re using the wrong stuff and try to lure you in the store. This happened to me today and when I told the creepy Arabic dude that reeked of Drakkar I wasn’t interested he got pissed and said«Well leave then!». I promptly told him to shove the sample up his ass and threw it on the floor.
