Menu placement made me feel very rushed trying to look at with people waiting on me, and my friends were almost overpriced. But other than that. amazing food and good customer service. Not a regular type restaurant. but will be coming back.

I don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I live around the corner and get take out here all the time. The food is great and the prices are much cheaper than similar restaurants in the area. As for the reviewer complaining about the attitude of the staff, it is a laid back restaurant. They may not be highly professional but that isn’t the environment they are trying to create. If you are looking for a lot of food, good food, for a little money, this is the place to go.

I stopped by last night to place an order «to go»
I was greeted by a young man that says «hey man, how’s it goin» along with an attitude which I thought was a little unprofessional. He then took a phone call and made a rude remark to whoever called which was a potential customer asking a question about the menu and then mumbled something after hanging up.
My order consisted of a steak hoagie and a small cheese pizza
Let’s just say, I can buy a better frozen pizza at the grocery store and the sandwich was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away
I will never return and wonder how they stay in business
Poor service, terrible food = no return from me and a negative review

Awesome Italian grinder. Fresh ingredients and a perfectly toasted bun. Italian sausage, ham, peppers, lettuce, etc. The pizza is good but locals come most often for the grinders.

The food at Bellacinos is great. Especially the grinders. I love the cajun one called the Bayou. Afraid I cannot give it more than three stars, however. Due mostly to poor customer service and their irregular policies. Specifically, if you eat in they will not give you a pizza box to go. Cheap. So, even if you order two larges and three quarters of each pizza is left they would rather give you crappy styrofoam containers like you at a gas station or something. Then stack your slices. No matter how you ask, politely or impolitely they won’t give you a proper box. «The boxes are only for take out» total BS.

I have eaten here 3 times in the past 2.5 years and believe me when I say I will not be returning.
The staff is nice, the place appears to be clean enough and the food really isn’t all that bad while I am consuming it. The problem is afterward. Horrid stomach cramps and the need to find facilities ASAP.
I think the vegetables have possibly been treated with something.
Sorry to be so graphic but honestly I wanted to warn others.
Of course, I have to add that, if it happens once shame of them, if it happens twice shame on me. I should have known better than to try it again after the first experience.

Since I have moved from DC, I didn’t find Roanoke very impressive for a foodie like me. I tried all the popular once at Unilocal during the first week itself– red palace, taaza, Nawab. They were all ok to good.
I really found Bellacino very intresting. I took a Veggie Glider and it was awesome. It was toasted well and tastes so good. I am definitely going to their again. Althoug I di dnot like their Oven-​baked fries much. I am sure to try the other gliders from the place.
